RBL Bank — unable to redeem reward points from reward portal

I am trying to redeem my reward points of 16644 as of nov 5, 2019. Which was earlier 15441 as of october 29, 2019. However when i try to redeem it from rbl banks reward website it shows zero points to redeem. I have sent several emails and have been given no solution but just fake promise.

Below email received on october 29, 2019 but no resolution.
