I have received my super card on the month of october 2019. On the date of 4th november 2019 i have seen that there is a payment of r shield insurance premium of rs 600. At the time of issuing the card i have clearly told that i don't want any insurance then why there is a charge of insurance. Please cancel the insurance right now. And also please tell me the process of submitting or cancelling the credit card.

    I was using rbl card, they charged incorrect fee on my card and i denied to pay arround 22000 as a procession fee.
    I filed complaint to nodal officer, then they advised me to settle the card.
    I did the payment as per letter but some payment was delayed after all payments the agent said all ok.
    After 6-7 month they again called me to make the payment and started mentally harrassing me and went my hometown and use incorrect words to my family.
    This is not a correct way to treat a person.

    Kindly stop harassing me i made payment arround 100000 to settle they card and after 6 month they said it was cancelled.

    This is not fair if it was cancelled they should advice me at the same time when i made payment of 10000.

    Please stop harassing me and my family.

    I told them i am facing financial issue due to family problem but do not want to listen and trying to threaten me.

    Kindly take action required and stop this harrasment.

    Hi, I am Arijit, and I am using a credit card from RBL Bank and without my knowledge and approval an insurance premium of Rs. 600 is added to my credit card bill. I have never opted for any such premium and neither I am interested to pay a single penny for anything I don't know. I need that extra amount to be deducted from my credit card bill.

      Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #cc7ry8a82n.

      I am the customer to rbl bank which holding account of aspire account and they said in account that giving free platinum delight card

      My relation manager mohan rbl bank (Sec bad) he said to apply for the card even i am holding bajaj finserv rbl credit card. For just to get other variant card to use in rbl.

      Rbl bank should give reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear.

      They even clearly told me bank person monoj who deals with credit card for entire telangana. He conform me ur will get the card 100 percent. I given card to card basics.

      As per they information i applied for card now telling we are sorry accordance with our policy guidelines which are based on various parameters that are internal to the bank.

      I try to cancel the account completely. Closing because of reason card rejected and i will never try apply and any deposit in ur bank.

        Still in may account it is showing as due, today is the due for payment on credit usage of RBL credit card. kindly check and confirm the transaction so that I can compliant the same to Axis bank for the dispute amount return to make the payment again to you.

          unable to redeem reward points from reward portal

          I am trying to redeem my reward points of 16644 as of nov 5, 2019. Which was earlier 15441 as of october 29, 2019. However when i try to redeem it from rbl banks reward website it shows zero points to redeem. I have sent several emails and have been given no solution but just fake promise.

          harassment from collection agents

          The collection dept of rbl bank using very abusing languages with me.#[protected] due to financial issue i was not able to pay and requested 1 week of time, but the collection team called and started abusing me very vulgarily, bcz of that i am mentally depressed, i have paid the amt and that lady must make an apology or bank must take an severe action on the employee...

          The current credit card statement that i have received has charges worth 4884.60 finance charges. I request you to please remove these changes otherwise i would have to submit my bills without charges and get my account closed. Previously i had got no notifications or calls regarding my due amount of 10k for which these two above mentioned charges were applied by you.
          I have not got any solution from your side, that's why i am presenting this case in consumer court.

            2. The site rblrewards.com doesn't give details as to how much points are required to purchase a certain product,
            3. On making purchase by redeeming points no order is confirmed and no order number is generated neither is any confirmation received via mail/sms,
            4. No option to speak to customer service executive on the automated telephonic customer care number

              It is been very pathetic experience with rbl bank. Rbl bank's has very unprofessional people and they are so dumb, so erratic behavior, they don't understand anything, speak rubbish, harass, threatening and humiliate customer.

              I would like make aware whole incident here. I had card outstanding of inr 22577 with due date of 12 october. I have made the full payment and amount was debited on 9th october at 03:55hr. But unfortunately this is not reflecting at rbl card a/c. I don't know the reason but definitely it is not from banks not my side. From last 12 days rbl people keep on calling me every 20-30 minutes and talking rubbish and threatening me saying they will send the recovery team at my home and they will humiliate me and recover by hook or crook. Today, i also contacted to my idbi bank and raise the request to investigate why the neft transfer was not successful, even though amount is debited from my account, they have asked me for 2-3 working days to get back.

              I told them many times, i have made the payment, shared the screenshot of my message and also requested to wait for 2-3 day as i am waiting revert from my bank but they don't understand anything and using the language like "kangle, bhikhari paisa le liya bank se payment kyon nahi karta< abe pure paise nhi hai to 1128 hi kar de. Dene ki aukat nhi hai to liye kyon" blah blah. I never asked or applied for this card and rbl bank was begging me to take the card and now they are threatening because they did not received the payment because of their fault. And their systems are also stale, there are no coordination among the cross departments. I made the payment again in 3 times (500 from my back account login neft and 1128 through their provided link oon 15 oct and after realization of both of these made 20949 on 20 oct), and it was because my first payment is still stuck and don't know where is the issue, second time it realized after 5 days. I got received message from rbl but their recovery department keep on harassing.

              Now another statement has been generated and rs.2546.42 imposed for late fee. Even i have let them know everything why it was. I tried to contact to custmer care for reversal but their customer care numbers does not work. Only one number is contactable ([protected]) 9pm-9am and at this time seniors are not available and they could not provide any solution. And during day time 9am-9pm number always shows engaged.

              I have other bank credit cards also and using from last 16 years but never face this type of problem. Rbl bank certainly going to loose the customers if they behave like this. Contact me at [protected].

                I had given request to close my credit card but instead of that u people have been issued new credit card and delivered on my address, why this happen so? I want to raise complaint against this and urgently close my credit card and send me noc for this as well as make sure there will not be any chargers on cc card..                     Dear rbl bank,

                    I am very sorry to say that you have maintained very incompetent, rudely, manerless, and non professional staff in your credit card collection department.

                    There's an employee name shilpa makhwana working in rbl bank (Probably at mumbai location) who very rudely called my brother and father and threatened them to lose my job. She didn't stop at this, her behaviour was very unprofessional. Mind my words, she has no authority to do this. Rbl bank is definitely going to lose some of its customers. This is not the way you deal. This is not the way you earn.

                    My father is a heart and bp patient. He couldn't control after listening to shilpa makhwana and lost his temper. He had severe bp issue last night. Believe me, i am going to blame you for this. I want very stringent action to be taken against her asap. Otherwise i am going to take this on all social platforms.

                      Dear rbl bank, greetings of the day!!! I have received your mail i need to pay due after that you will release the noc. I want to inform you i am already inform the customer care in sep 2018 i want to close my titanium delight and money tap card please close it. After that i have not received any update from your side when i call you to reaching time to customer care will 1 hr i am select to option to block and inform them want to close card then not getting support i am inform them i lost my card.
                      Card no 8549 i think its money tap card when i am paid all amount of loan closure around 43000+ but have paid 44000+ after that inform the customer care i have paid amount please closed my both account will close your card within 1 week you will get call.
                      After that i have received the money tap statement my card was minus 30000 then next month 25000 next month 23000 and every month 1200 rupees 1000rupees 200rupees i have paid exceed amount my all dues i have paid till december my money pending in your bank 250rs and 180rs my extra money.
                      I have called around 7 to 8 time and share the concern every time my call transfer my call retention department and hold my call 1 hr i have never seen that kind of pathetic service in my life.
                      I am not getting call from retention department and your team but getting massage we are trying to reach you but not connect..
                      I have lots of complete register in your call center department still not getting any solution.
                      And right now i am getting statement my 7519 paid 853 rupees.
                      I demand to your bank pay me my exceed amount and pay the charges i am waist my 15 to 20 hrs to inform you close the account.
                      I am not pay any amount of card no 8549 and 7519.
                      And defiantly i will take legal action to your bank if i am not received my noc within 24hrs.

But due to some excutetive forcing to apply insurance they telling total free any cost you cont pay thats why i said ok for r sheild insurance yesterday got massage i. E..                           From last month statement I Paid min amount on the due date even though
                          Late bee has been charged in the next statement bill and also other fin charges.

                          Don't know the exact reason why it has been charged even paid my min amount.

                          No credit card has been used above the limit Everyone know that.
                          Even if we swipe it will be decline by the bank.
                          Even though they charged me over limit fee.
                          I called customer care there is kid who picked my call and for my enquiry he is blabbering.

                          Fed up with thai bank service

                          He said he wil be waived off. But I not received any confirmation messages so far.

                          No proper response from the team.
                          As they wish they charged 3250 including GST and all. He said to pay the balance from this amount.

                          What's the guarantee that I will not be get latw fee not paying the full amount if it not waived of.

                          Pls I want to make a note to all .
                          That no bank will be used anywhere over the limits it will be declined.
                          But I'm getting every month over limit fee charges

                          I was not able to use net Banking so that I can't attach statement

                            My name is akansha parekh i hold a credit card with rbl bank and last month i took a loan against credit card and they told that u will receive statement on every 14 th of the month so i waited for the same u did not receive any text or email regarding the statement so i called the customer care, the executives are so stupid that they dont know the process aswell, every advisor is giving different information so i told that i want to speak with the manager, after 10 min they got me connected to the manager named ishwar he told that due to some system error i did not receive msg nd after confirming the email id i came to know that my new email id is not updated and hence i did not receive the statement hence i told him to change the email id he told me to go through ivr and do it but every time i was putting the right otp but it was showing error he advised to do online but it didn't get updated online aswell kindly help me

                                I have got the mesg from RBL that, EMI's are pending for 2 month's. How come bank is communicate wrong information about the payments, even though regular payments are being made by me. Bank is directly debiting my account in the form "NACH".
