RBL Bank — very poor service

Respected sir, My credit card no. [protected] issued recently. I have not yet received my pin either on mobile or email. Even the numbers printed on the super card is getting erased without using it in just a week. I am sent a bill of rs 1178 without pin no. I have never seen such a service. I request to the close the moneytap account no the day of receiving of credit card till now no one called and resolved my problem
but now they charged for credit card accessing, since i did not activate the card, but they asking to pay

This my 4th time mail to u i paid force closer fess i alreday spoken to costmer care they said 400 pay we will cose ur card but since 4 days no any confrom from u it closde not yet
