Hi,
I have lost my credit card in 2018 and have requested to block and eventually close my credit card. It has been more than a year and they are yet to close the card despite multiple complaints and requests for them to close the card with immediate effect.
With their sheer negligence and lack of professionalism, they have delayed the cancellation, added annual fee for the card that i do not have and are adding interest to the unpaid annual fee for the card that i do not have.
Their unprofessional attitude is costing me my cibil score.
