    It is at my utmost frustrated and helplessness situation with which i am raising this complaint. I have made my payment on 6th february, 2019 for my rbl bank credit card through paytm. It's been almost 30 days and yet am receiving calls and mental harassments from the collection department stating that my dues are pending and i didn't make the payment. Have raised multiple complaints with the bank's customer services yet no response. Have checked with paytm and paytm confirms that the payment was successful. Have shared the transaction id also with the bank yet they are incompetent enough to check that instead they harass me over call daily. After some twenty days of my payment only i was told that the payment made through paytm or any other wallet is not acceptable. I was not informed on this neither by bank nor by it's representatives anytime before. This mental harassment is increasing day by day which may force me to take some life changing extreme decisions. Rbl is one such bogus bank ever. Please don't bank with them.

      I don't like to use my credit card anymore. Wanted to cancel it. I have sent an email request for cancellation of my credit card with my card details. Till now no response. Also poor support from customer care. They have service to block the card but not for cancellation of the credit card. Really distressed. No one should misuse my card in future. Kindly do the needful.

        I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected] i recently received a bill of amount rs. 116000

        This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

        I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

        I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

          I am a rbl credit card holder (Card no. [protected], shekhar jayakumar m). I have requested for the super card protection policy cancellation. But the concerned department have told me that the said policy will be cancelled til 05/03/2019.. Inspire of mail for card cancellation there is no revert from your office for policy cancellation. So this is my last request that please look into the matter and do the necessary action as soon as possible.

            As i have suffered from parylis attack on 9 th dec 2018 and i have already informed to u r bank and as i found that caller from u r side person [protected] sending me threating messages on whattsaap and text messages and on call his language very rough and as per my knowledge only last month due pending and second time i am launching my complaint to rbl bank... If action not taken by rbl bank and if any thing happened to my health bank is responsible for it and i am seriously thinking to go to police station to launch complaint against him... I want to know what bank going to take action on him or not and legal notice going to give to this caller by my advocate

              Dear sir,
              Im using rbl credit card about two years, and i paid my all bills. I requested the bank to stop the credit card due to unsatisfied customer support and unnecessary taxes and fees on november 2018. The concerned customer care told its stopped, but the card is still active and levied some tax on my tax. After paying full bills of the card i requested the customer support to stop my card but they didn't do it. Still it generating bills without using it.

                  credit card cancellation request - 2018

                  Hi,

                  I have lost my credit card in 2018 and have requested to block and eventually close my credit card. It has been more than a year and they are yet to close the card despite multiple complaints and requests for them to close the card with immediate effect.

                  With their sheer negligence and lack of professionalism, they have delayed the cancellation, added annual fee for the card that i do not have and are adding...

                  I had taken loan of rs.1, 00000 from rbl bank through money tap application and placed a request for pre closure of the same, as per the instructions of customer care, pre closed the same on 10.12.2018 for rs.84418. However my january 2019 statement still showing outstanding amount of rs.79625 and min amount of rs.6594 (Rs.6594 is wrong calculation) informed the customer care, they assured me they will correct the same in february 2019 statement. Now i received february statement, again outstanding amount is showing as rs.79215 and min amount due of rs.4884. I have not done any transaction at all. Simply they are charging me saying deferred payment charges and financial charges in the statement. I have raised compliant, but no proper response. Kindly do the needful on priority.

                    Rbl bank callers from the sales and marketing team are giving fake promises to complete their targets. When you discuss about such promises given by the sales & marketing team members then customer care executive says that no such offers or benefits provided by rbl super card. I have audio recordings for the sales & marketing team member's call, could somebody please suggest what shall i do further?

                        I am B Venkatesh, has been used RBL Bajaj Finserv platinum super card for 2-3 months, after they looted huge interest around 14-15% on due, i have approached their customer care which is the worst among in the world of credit card and do not wished to continue their fraud services.

                        After clearing all out standings, i have placed to stop all services of my credit card and cancel my account. My first approach to their customer care was on 19th February for which they said it takes 3 working days.
                        My second approach was on 23rd February for which they said it is under process and soon i will get phone call from their cancellation dept. seeking for confirmation.
                        My third approach was continuously from 26th February to 1st March, every day they were informing that their team will call me...but neither calls or any kind of communication have been received from them.

                        I have placed multiple emails to cancel the card, so far there is not even a single reply from them..

                        And today 5th March i called their customer care again...their representative Ms. Shruthi was so rude with me and she is suggesting me to call them again and again until my card account closed.

                        Eventually, my request to you is i have cleared their every penny and there is no single paisa is due from my side...i request you to kindly look in to the same and help me to close my credit card account earlier. And also teach some lesson to these RBL looters.

                            My name is jubin sebastian and i have raised couple of requests to cancel or discontinue my rbl supercard but till today no one from the bank or retention team has called me or reverted with an action or resolution. Below are the sr numbers, sr#06048659, sr#06369091, sr#06660317, sr#06683159 raised by the rbl bank agents wherein few are closed stating that i was unreachable through phone, but i have already shared my primary and alternate number for contacts. The rbl bank agents are claiming that their retention team has tried calling me couple of times but i haven't received any calls from rbl yet. I have asked for call records and proofs, but they have denied by providing the same. I have marked couple of escalation emails to their nodal and escalation teams but no feedback yet. I have all the recorded calls captured by the agents. They have been dragging me and this case for nearly a month now without any concrete solution or action. Worst ever bank i have come across.

I am writing this letter with immense pain and frustration with your pathetic service with an unprofessional attitude from all your CSE and supervisors.

                            I had raised multiple requests for my credit card cancellation or discontinuation on the below dates with SR#, but never ever received any calls or notification from your retention team which is a hell team.

                            17th Feb 2019 - SR # 06369091
                            3rd Mar 2019 - SR # 06660317

                            Today I spoke to one your supervisors named Adkay Anil (13.23pm IST) as well as a CSE agent named Shravani (14.12pm IST) and they gave me the date and timings when the retention team had called me but unfortunately i never got any such calls from any of your teams. Below are the call records that your bank is claiming where the retention team call me,

                            20th Feb'19 at 23.11pm IST
                            21st Feb2019 at 10.17pm IST
                            28th Feb2019 at 10.08 pm IST.

                            I have been getting sms notification from RBL stating that this to inform you that we have been unable to establish a call on your RMN and we will attempt to call you again from [protected] between 9.00am to 6.00PM. I have never got any calls from this calling number and also when the time mentioned is between 9am to 6pm then why did your team call me post 10pm IST? I would say that you are just fooling us with the service since, we haven't received any calls on the above date and time as confirmed by your CSE agent Shravani from Hyderabad.

                            Now again Anil has raised a new request and told me that I would be getting a call from retention team again tomorrow and has assured about it. But what if I do not get calls again? I have also shared my alternate number [protected] in all the SR # but even I havent received any calls. Let me ask you a sensible question? If the primary RMN [protected] is unreachable or not responding, you should be trying the alternate number...right? Thats not happening and I dont know why.

                            Its not annoying and irritating now. Even my registered email id which is updated in your database is an inactive one i.e. [protected]@rediffmail.com (even i do not remember it now) which shows how professional is your banking sector and which is the reason I am trying to convey my concern through an email.

                            Your service is pathetic and the worst in all banking sectors now.

                            I expect an early response to this case, else I will have to take it legally and on social media. I do have all the call recordings too captured with your CSE agents and Supervisor.

                              Hi i have requested the settlement for my card and they have ask me to pay bill of 7000 and will process for settlement and it will be converted to 12 emi now its more than 20 days the settlement is not done and the person who is committed his not responding to call and now again i am getting msg from bank side for the payment and i am getting charge of interest i want to close this now as i dint want pay any interest witch i am charging

                                  Am using rbl credit card from last 1.5 years and i wanted to close my card by doing a settlement with bank but the rbl bank people are not interested in settlement. I requested them to send an official email confirmation from bank but they are not sending the emails but calling me many times for the same issue.

                                  They are not behaving with me when i asked them for the settlement and giving me mis leading oral information rather than sending me an email on the same.

                                      I am redeeming my points and book a Mixer. I am receiving delivery with Different Product Code : Juicer without mixer. and then I am complaining to RBL Customer care to return and deliver my product as per my booking.

                                      RBL receive the wrong product, but not deliver my product.
                                      and also yet not received my RBL Points.
