I am B Venkatesh, has been used RBL Bajaj Finserv platinum super card for 2-3 months, after they looted huge interest around 14-15% on due, i have approached their customer care which is the worst among in the world of credit card and do not wished to continue their fraud services.
After clearing all out standings, i have placed to stop all services of my credit card and cancel my account. My first approach to their customer care was on 19th February for which they said it takes 3 working days.
My second approach was on 23rd February for which they said it is under process and soon i will get phone call from their cancellation dept. seeking for confirmation.
My third approach was continuously from 26th February to 1st March, every day they were informing that their team will call me...but neither calls or any kind of communication have been received from them.
I have placed multiple emails to cancel the card, so far there is not even a single reply from them..
And today 5th March i called their customer care again...their representative Ms. Shruthi was so rude with me and she is suggesting me to call them again and again until my card account closed.
Eventually, my request to you is i have cleared their every penny and there is no single paisa is due from my side...i request you to kindly look in to the same and help me to close my credit card account earlier. And also teach some lesson to these RBL looters.
