Project Not Delivered

Purchased a property worth 60Lac out of with 50% is already paid in 50-50 plan in April 2019, was promised delivery Dec'2019 by Edelweiss as they were funding the entire project, but till today no news regarding the project delivery.
Visited the site numerous times, no work is being done. The promoters are not available to respond, have been calling there office in Noida sec 63 but nobody picked up the call ever. Tried calling their sales person also but he is also not responding. can anyone please let me know what to do to get my money as I have already paid 50% of the money and still paying rent for my rented home.

Be-aware if you are investing your hard earn money in any Rudra buildwell project pvt ltd such as Palace height, Aquacasa, Sera bella, Skytracks in noida west/extension.
I booked 1 bhk and 2 bhk flat in palace height with Rudra buildwell project pvt ltd noida in the year of 2010. My both flat was on 10 floor but now builder told us that he will provide our flat on 18 th floor because he sold our units in market without our permission which was on 10th floor or he will refund our amount in favor both flat which we paid him.
I request you to please take some action on them so that we need justice. I will be very thankful to you.

This is the only builder who kept your money for 3-4 years, builder will give you an agreement letter but when you were claiming your unit then builder sold your unit to other person without your permission and force you to shift to higher floor. for eg:- If you booked your flat on floor number 5 then builder force you to take floor number 12 with extra price hike.
This builder take extra money from your pocket by claiming the clauses.....!!!
Rudra Builder is using 3rd class material in all construction site....He is the fraud builder in term of your money and there are many dispute with this builder.

I heard that there is an issue with with Rudra Palace Height; they had started booking flats 1088 sq feet & 1341 sq feet without getting prior approval from concern authority, and now have instructed by authority to stop selling o[censored]napproved units...It would be very helpful if anyone can throw more light about the issue.

Any update regarding this Rudra Palace Height...I heard they are giving builder buyer agreement. I am planning to book a flat 1088 sq feet.
It is a big scam. the entire management from top to bottom is well trained cohesive unit to cheat people. I have been cheated by them please save your money. I am fighting my case with them in the court. Honestly I am right and hence will not give up...
You sit in their office & listen to their sales folks.. you will hear 10000 different tricks how they have fooled people...they feel proud of doing that...this builder should be banned...

Can you please quote on your case as to how they have cheated you? I have also booked a flat under size 1015 sq ft and I am availaing loan from a bank to finance this flat. Do you think that taking a loan from a bank can actually stop them from doing this malpractice with a buyer?
They are big cheater...buyers plz do not book your dream home with this fraud/cheater builder. You will not get anything even after builder-buyer legal agreement .

They cheated me as well they commit me to give 10 floor (no plc ) but now they are saying that 4 floor is sold out without my information and they are shifting me on 3 floor with PLC. they are asking big amount as per market rate.

They have been cheating most of the people, they will ask you to submit your documents in case you need refund but later on no refund is given, you will keep on following up with them with no resolution. The most amazing thing is that they ask people to take prior appointment to meet the top authority in their office. I have visited their office multiple times but to my surprise not even a sigle staff member is co-operative. They cheat people and don't refund their hard earned money too...they are big frauds...

Please form any group of buyers or community, so that we can make pressure on them by collecting together

very disappointed to see construction pace of rudra palace heights..booked flat in 2011 which was supposed to be delivered in phase 1.They made structure to take all money from us.. i think we have to take initiative against the builder else he will keep delaying. Now Rudrabuilder gives possession for one of it's project and it's feature is quite impressive.
Best feature of Rudrabuilder is mostly things is digital which is a good thing for upcoming time and its lake feature is good .
Fraud builder. Took our money for Pavoreal Project in 2010 which is still a land. Now they are not returning money, dont pick calls, do fake commitments whenever we go and meet them personally. Even their MD did fake commitment and never picked up call after personal meeting. These are simply unethical people. Please stay away from them and spread word against the so that many more innocent people are saved.
Rudra Buildwell even stick on the promises otherwise some of the builders is in jail and other will ruin the image of companies. they start possession for one of its project and another one is soon to deliver..
Rudra builder still working while most of the builders property are seized or they are in jail Rudra still continue its construction and that thing is the biggest achievement that you continue to move on whichever the condition is.

2. I recommend RUDRA for those who are looking for their Dream Home. They have one project which is AQUACASA. It is fully digital project and you will find superb amenities here. If you want to feel new technology then you should go for it.
One of my frnd was looking for flat & he booked a flat in Rudra Palace Heights. When he informed me about his new booked flat.
I really like the features of projects & its enmities. its really nice project. its theme based project which can attract anyone. location of the project is really nice.

Positive mind can solve big difficulties now we all in a difficult situation about possession i have visited the site and click some of the images these are around 3-4 months back and hope for the possession in coming time .
we all heard about the news of property hold or their higher staff run away but i am glad that Rudra stand as a Family we heard the news of Saya and all other companies .

Rudra is a fraud builder I hav ebooked my flat in Jan-2013 and still waiting for possession, In RERA court they have promised to deliver 1st phase in June last (2019) but still they dont have CC/OC to deliver the flats.

Many thanks for bringing this information to public domain. I too was thinking to book 2 flats in their project "Rudra Palace Height" but after seeing your grievance I would never go for such fraudulent builder who use big stars to lure common people and then cheat their customers.
Would suggest to common people to stay away from this builder.
