I am writing to lodge a complaint against Realme regarding the green line issue that appeared on my Realme X7 Pro device after updating the April security patch.
I am facing a green line issue on my Realme X7 Pro screen, which appeared after updating the April security patch. This seems to be a company fault, and unfortunately, my X7 Pro is out of warranty. I would like to replace the screen due to this issue.
I have already contacted Realme customer support and provided them with the necessary details, including the IMEI numbers and a video recording of the issue. However, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. It appears that instead of providing solutions, Realme has increased the spare part prices for the X7 Pro model, which many users are facing the same issue.
I kindly request your intervention to ensure that Realme addresses the green line issue on my device.
