    It's been 14 days with the same emails and no resolutions and still you are telling me that the team is working on it !!!

    So I am suppose to keep on waiting forever without any mobiles and keep on emailing you everyday ??????????????????

    is this realme -- India's no . 1 brand
    or India's worst brand which can't handle anything ?????????????????

    I am posting everything on social media shortly so that everyone can realise how a customer is handled by realme and hence never buy it !!!

    REALME COMPANY IS BLINDFOLDED WITH ITS TEAM WHO SEND SAME EMAILS BUT NO RESOLUTIONS !!!

    I AM GETTING THE SAME MESSAGES OF RESOLUTION AND ESCALATION BUT NO ACTUAL ACTION !!!

    TILL NOW NOBODY FROM ANY TEAM HAS PROVIDED INFORMATION OR CONTACTED ME .
    Sending the same messages everyday is not gonna help with issues !!!

    Inconvenience is evergrowing !!!

    And as soon as possible is never !!!

      Realme Marketing Strategies are doing is unfair because when I placed a order for Realme X7 8 128 GB the price was ₹22, 000 and after the payment you changed to ₹20, 000.

        Jab se phone liya hai usi time se ismain problem aa rahi hain ek bar death hogaya phir mujhe dusra phone mila 7 days main buy karne ke ek din chalane ko mila uske bad se ismain charging problem hai jab bhi charge karo toh charging unplug show karata hai or maine service senter bhi gaya leke unhone pura phone kholke check kiya but ismain pani bhi nahi gaya hai phir bhi or apne ap hang hota hai senser apne ap work karta hai call ane per screen lights off ho jati hai or phir restart karna padta hai
        3 bar complain kar chuka realme toll-free number per but aj tak response nahi aya or nahi toh care bale sahi kar pate kabhi bolte hain new part dalenge per hai nahi 2 month se pareshan hoon
        Please help
        30k rs ka phone liya but 30 days chalne ko nahi mila

          I face a lot of issues in bgmi there is desync problem in bgmi in realme 6 alot of times i get killed by someone that really does not give me damage instead of i had given him but i get killed what they are doing realme 6 slowing our phones by updates lol

              It had been only 8 months since i had bought realme tv 43.Damage occurred within 8 months of purchase.I had registered a complaint and contacted realme team frequently since 2 months..no response came.this is the worst product and worst team to invest money.realme products are not even worth of a single penny we spend.so disappointed..we had lost our money and time ..

                I have purchased Realme 43 inch smart through flipkart and after 4 months the display is blurred and raised complaint on July 31st. Even after daily follow up technician visited only on 12th August and agreed that it is a regular complaint and raise a replace request. No response after that as well and customer service doesn't seem to be helpful.

                        I brought an device realme 8 online on 14 may 2021 but after 15 days on 29 May its not detecting sim cards I send my device at service centre of realme then after 19 days on 17 June they call and says it cost 8000 rupee for repairing but my device is in warranty period and it's a manufacturing defect as it defect under 15 days and it is in warranty period so they have to repare and replace my device for free.

                          It has been such a waste of time dealing with Realme support lately. I had sent in my buds Air Pro for repair which took more than a month. Not once was i updated on the status of repair. I had to initial follow ups from my end and each time i would just get a scripted response from all the agents.
                          Finally, i was told by one of the agents that they're sending a new product as replacement and i was quite happy. But that happiness didn't last long because the product i received back was a used piece with damaged box and no other accessories. Realme went back on their promise. And now it's been another 10 days since i've initiated a follow up on the used product received. There has been no update whatsoever. Each time i contact customer support, they say they're going to escalate my concern and the concerned team will contact within 24-48 hrs. I've contacted Realme everywhere. Be it Phone, Email or Social media. Every one of your teams have escalated my query but your so called concerned team never reverted since the past 8 days. My sincere request to Realme is to either provide a replacement as promised or give my money back as i cannot accept a used product in return of the faulty product i've sent. It's is getting pathetic and beyond what customer service has become these days.

                            I am a user of realme 3 pro since 2.2 years . I didn't got the realme ui 2.0 first update which was rolled out in the month of June and now also I didn't got the same . The form is not showed up under the trial version of my software update page even after constant attempts.
                            After repeated complaints over the phone calls and WhatsApp chats, no resolution is provided yet.
                            Being a user of realme, I am feeling depressed and repenting to use Realme smartphones. I have multiple smartphones of realme like XT, 7 pro and 8 and got the update in all of the three above mentioned smartphones but didn't got the same in my primary device i.e realme 3 pro.
                            Hence, I request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest or else I will switch to mi smartphones. I feel like I am being cheated.

                                We purchased REALME TV on 27.03.2021 from ORANGE MOBILES and it has a lot of audio & video issues and the TV gets off mode automatically. I contacted the REAL ME service team last week and they have done some service and it was working fine for a few days but again we are facing the same issues. He has mentioned that there are some problems with the TV and advised me to contact the showroom. He had also mentioned that to contact showroom for TV replacement if similar issues continue.                                 We have been contacting this service person multiple times for the replacement of this TV but he has not received our calls - We are completely dissatisfied with this TV performance, poor response & lack of accountability from both REAL ME & Orange mobile team - you people made us run from pillar to post. Pathetic service.

                                Bill details are attached herewith and request you arrange to replace this TV immediately. Thanks Sir.

                                  I have claimed my warranty on 4 May 2021, they provided me Call me service and arranged the pick-up of the product, i waited for a month but no one came to pickup the product (Realme earbuds wireless).
                                  Then i called them again and they again provided me the Call me service and this time my product finally picked up from my location and returned to the service center successfully on 21/07/2021.
                                  From that date to till now i am constantly contacting them about the status they always give the same answer that it is under diagnosis. It's been 2 months now i m doing the process and nothing is happening. They are just fooling the customers so that they leave their products without claiming the warranty. I am adding the photo of the status here which i m getting since 15 days.
                                  Please help in this case i am getting frustrated with this.

                                    We bought RealMe(model-realme tv43) two TV from flipkart each tv 22000/-, but the warranty period is not over yet and this TV has already started getting malfunction. When we informed realme about this problem through mail they sent technicians after 4 days to check, they checked and told that TV panel is damaged, While both our TVs were damaged. He also checked only one TV. Didn't check second TV then we filed complaint again for second TV but no one came to check when estimated time till 18th June was given for technicians to visit. After that day we did REQUEST for replacement but not getting any perfect solution from realme executive, executive is just giving comfort but nothing happened, I complained on 9th June but today it is 29th June. I keep asking them for help but they don't care.

                                    It was not even a year since I bought the TV and the TV has started to deteriorate, have also shared the photo... I want a new TV replacement, Otherwise I will file a complaint of cheating, You give bad TV to the customer, which does not last even a year. One year will end now, after that if there is any problem in the TV, then how many times will we spend money and repair it? That's why I want replacement that's it.

                                      Realme 43" tv was delivered to me on 31st Aug 2020. It has a warrenty of 2yrs on panel and 1yr on motherboard.

                                      My TV Panel stopped working since 15 June 2021 and I have raised a service request on the same day. Now it's 18 June and my TV is not yet repaired. I have been writing to them continuously but they keep saying that they are looking into it. It's more than a month now.

                                        As i am one of your customer of realme from last few months and as i had bought a mobile of realme that is realme 7. and that was the mistake of my life. since i have bought this garbage mobile offline from a panchkula realme store. this mobile contains so many problems. i am continue in touch with realme toll free to solve my problems. and all the steps i have followed. but after so many attempts and efforts i have forcefully agreed for a repair to my new mobile in realme service center located in chandigarh sector 22. after repair problems were not solved. then again one more repair has been done by the same service center. but no results. after so many days i again called to realme toll free number and they were again asking me for a repair and to avail call me service. i again agreed on this. and availed call me service by realme. and it was registered on[protected] and my mobile has been picked and dropped to your service center on 3rd of june 2021 in Gurgaon. realme giving 24-48 hours time to do repairs. and in my case you can see its[protected] today but no results. as i want to tell you my case that i don't want repairs for my new mobile as i told 1000 times to realme team that i did not bought a repaired mobile and also not bought it for repairs. so the conclusion is i only want a replacement for the same. but as realme has its policy and replacement time was only 7 days from the date of purchase. i agreed and can understand sir, but same a person has his own life rules and policies. i don't like the repaired and used devices in my life. so i clearly told your staff and team that i don't want repairs and i only want a replacement. still they have registered me on call me service. but now after so many days when i am trying to get my device status and my new mobile back they are just saying always please wait for sometime please wait for sometime. i hope you are a well reputed and highly authorised person of realme and i am coming to you with a lots of hopes and resolution at your end. it is highly and humble requested you to please look into the matter and do the needful on very urgent basis as time is passing on and my concern has been opened from last one and half month. i hope and pray to you please provide me a replacement as i did not enjoyed my mobile even a single day from the day very first when i have bought this garbage model of realme. please help me please.

                                        I want to tell you sir, that please put yourself at my place and think about that if you have to spend a day without your work and without your mobile then how can you handle this. And look at me, I was handling this from the november 2020 when I bought this mobile. but i don't want you to think the past 6 months i only saying is just think the[protected] when realme register me for call me service it's been 18-20 days spent but no resolution on this. and when i am trying to connect with them they are only saying all are senior executives who are busy with the other clients and not connected me with any senior authority. today I made 6 calls to a toll free number but no results and nobody connected me with a senior executive and one of your employee's behaviour was very rude on call.

                                        So at the end i just want you to please help me to get my new mobile back to me asap. because i am in a very big loss from last one and half month and without mobile there is no life and my daily life routine is just ruined. i saw your daughter and boy picture on social media. so please think i also have a daughter sir, and her study also impacted due to this problem. and even all of my life routine has been ruined by realme mobile and its team. so you are requested to please do the needful on a very urgent basis. It is a humble request to you. I hope you will take necessary action against this and will provide me with the resolution by today or by tomorrow morning at any cost and anyhow. I only want a replacement because it is the 3rd repair done by realme motherboard and also has been changed and i don't want repairs please.

                                        Please call me at your end please try to understand my situation sir, i am seriously stressed and depressed and wish i could die. I am a salaried person and can't afford this much loss. please resolve it asap. I hope you are a kind hearted person and will definitely solve my case now asap.

                                        realme is the company where if once you enter with any of there device you will not be evacuate you will just stuck in there delay process so please don't buy and stuck in there policies. because they will make you depressed this much that you can't handle it and you wish that you could die. i am fed up with there services specially customer dealing and after sales services are worst.all of their staff is well trained to make you delay and always in a journey which will never ends with a solution.

                                                Realme Band sells its fit band and doesn't sell if straps separately. Its not available in india market. As followed up with customer service team proper support still not provided from Jan 2021. This is not a way product needs to be sold in the market.

                                                    I brought one realme 43 inch smart tv via flipkart on last year sep with extended warranty of one year, three months after its display not working, then i
                                                    registered complaint for repairing on their online portal and i received one service job card from 247 service and one technician came to my home and checked it and prepare one complaint report and said will send it over to head office and will fix and replace the tv or panel according to the availability.Am very sad to say as of now i did not get any response from their side and am very disappointed with your service team to solve this small issue, am angry at myself and also sad that why I bought your disgusting product.

                                                      On 8 January I received my realme buds air pro device but that product was damaged soo I requested company to replace it by contacting realme callme service then they picked up my device for replacement on 21 January by there delivery partner delhivery tracking id[protected], I got this tracking id on delhivery official Website by entering my mobile number. now it's my then 20 days gone and realme haven't replaced my device and not replying about my product replacement they even not saying anything about my product . Now they are not giving me my replacement product please help me 😭. The earphone cost 4000, realme frauded me . My contact number [protected].

                                                          I have recently bought a realme narzo 20 pro. After few days the phone stopped charging and I gave the phone in realme authorized service center. The service center didn't fix the problem at all. Also they have no clue how to fix it. First they said its software problem then they said a part may be faulty.
