The neckband i bought 3 days ago started to make sound of bip on my right ear piece of headphone it makes noise and disturb me between my work i have took it to care centre they told its not there fault or company's fault. Now my RS1299 are wasted. Hope my problem open everyones eyes I recommend not to buy realme product hence forward i am totally disappointed by service and shop owners also took there hands up in this matter.

My Mobile in waranty but not given service

same I have given to Nearest REALME Service Centre(Best Communication-Vijayawada). They observed Mother board not working, it is under warranty and I have informed to same to your service center team to replace the Board, but they not agree to replace and blaming me due to a small scratch showing on mobile which is not seen clearly,
same I have asked your team any water damage or Any damage observed in this phone. they agreed there is no internal damage or water damage inside the phone even display also working status. But they didn’t agree to replace mother board. I am really surprised from your service Centre, I never expected from REAL ME because most of my friends and relatives given advise to choose REALME as one of the best quality handset and battery back up. most of peoples purchased too as per my words .
I didn’t want to replace my mobile, I have required only resolve my issue which is belongs to mother board only. they kept finding excuses to replacement motherboard . for reference Snaps also shared to you . I hope you will resolve this issue as early as possible. if any support my end I am Ready to share. Reference warranty card also attached.

I purchased realme neo 32 cm tv from flipkart. But it gets defective my tv is not working when complained to realme customer care . He assigned me a technician and tells me that your tv is local repair and it can not be covered under warranty. And my tv is just new

Mobile phone display damage and fingerprint issue

I recently (4months back) purchased realme 9pro +5G mobile, after 3 months its display and fingerprint has stopped working, I then approached the service center where they denied to provide a free service even the warranty period still not completed and they finally repaired only display after one month without free service and fingerprint issue still exits and I lost all my money with their worst service .if this is the case they don't wanna provide a free service then why to give a warranty period for all sake of stupidity, worst and worst service is provided by the service center and the company is not aware of anything

Realme 9 pro + and customer service
I have been in touch with Realme multiple times via email and online chat over the last 3 weeks with no resolution. Presumably after an update, the phone doesn't recognise my password that I use to back up my fingerprint security unlock. I am now locked out of the phone.
The only solution seems to be to factory reset my phone which will delete 5months of sentimental photos and data. They have suggested sending it to my local repair centre who said they would do the same and reset the phone due to data protection. When I asked if they will be able to prove it to be a fault with the device or software after they reset it so I can seek a refund, I heard nothing.
I have lost complete confidence in the customer service, the device and in Realme as a company. I don't want to use a device where I can't use the in built security features with the threat of being randomly locked out in future and losing the data I'd built up.
They want the service centre to confirm that there is a fault but after a factory reset I fear that the issue will no longer present itself once reset. I have had confirmation that this will be the case. They will not be able to prove that it was an update issue after a reset.
I have read in the terms of sale: '11.5 If you contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery about a defective Product, you will have the option to select a repair, an exchange or a refund. If a fault is found after thirty (30) days from delivery of the Products, you should contact us by using the details set out in section 18 (Contact Us) and we will either repair or replace the Product or provide a refund.'
This fault happened after the 30 days so I have contacted Realme and provided all information and tried to comply with all of their requests but they will not commit to giving me a refund. I do not want a repair or replacement as I have explained above I have lost all confidence in the product and company.
I feel that my consumer rights have been ignored and wasted hours of my time trying to arrange a solution for this problem but time and time again I have been faced with a non-committal and dismissive customer service team. Very disappointing and I am currently STILL waiting for a resolution.

Real me buds 2
Don't buy any product from real me store app. I recently ordered the product but the product was not delivered and I drop a couple of mails to customer service and call many times as my mobile no changed and there's is no issue with communication address. There is no use just they will do timepass. I ordered my product on august 3rd 2022 and the product was returned them on August 19 2022. Still 30/08/2022 I did not get my refund yet. When I called they will transfer call to senior person, no body will join call will just disconnect after waiting time of 25 mins.

Faulty mobile
I have contacted realme service center multiple times regarding fault in mobile as i have purchased new mobile however its camera is defective henece i contacted to the service center but they are not resolving it
mentioned that mobile purchased in previous month and u want me to repair the same in the period of 1 month only?
Have visited to service center and they have agreed that it is a manufacturing defect then why u guys are not agreed on it
FYI, even service center has placed the request for new camera and its been 2 weeks the camera is still not available at their center

Realme - buds wireless 2 manufacturing defect
They delivered me the faulty product which yellow colored wire wrapper tear automatically during first 6 month, this is not done by any user mishandling or user error. Its due to their manufacturing quality defects, when i visited their service center and complaint over email they didn't acknowledge it and just keep replying with their warranty policy link.
They didn't inspect what cause it just blaming user.
When i am asking just a simple in a Yes no manner that.
If a product got damage by its own due to manufacturing defects will its warranty will be ended and user can not claim them even if it's not user fault in any scenario, they just replying with same warranty policy stuff.
Kindly help to resolve if it's company fault why don't they agree.

Service centre of Realme is not Responding Customer.
I am Visiting more than a week But My Issue is not Resolved the Agent of the service centre is everyday saying that my system is not working sometime saying Lan is not working, software is not downloading.
Please you take action of the Service Center of Realme and head of the service centre. Please Take Action quickly because customer time is more valuable than the Head of the service centre of Realme.

Battery is draining since last one month but no resolution
Visit 1 :
First of all I visited this service center Shop No 6 Mulani Complex BD Kamgar Chowk, Somnath Nagar, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014 - I waited for 3 hrs because technician was not available for 3 hrs. When I asked him where were you he said I had gone for training, software update was done but nothing happened, neither he gave me a job sheet which realme support asked me later on twitter chat. Please stop giving services from third party

Second time I visited Shagun Chowk, Deluxe Fortune, Shop No.310, 3rd floor 3rd floor, mall, Pimpri Colony, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411018, after three hrs observation finally I only made them convinced there is an issue. Finally after that my battery was replaced and software was updated. Still the issue was not resolved. I wasted 7 hrs here yesterday

Stayed in service center for 9 hrs with motherboard replaced - Shagun Chowk, Deluxe Fortune, Shop No.310, 3rd floor 3rd floor, mall, Pimpri Colony, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411018, I was told final solution would be given hence I showed up in service center even the motherboard was replaced, issue was still not resolved
I had shared unlimited proofs over different channels like Twitter, LinkedIn, Realme tech person etc. however below proof will make even a layman understand that issue persists.

Hey I haven't received android 11 in my realme c3 ...I have 2 phones of realme one is GT 2 which has realme ui 3.0 but my old device haven't received android 11 ui 2.0 ... according to roadmap it have been received android 11 but it haven't done yet so I humbly request you to solve my problem.

I bought a realme superdart gaming cable from realme store ...it stopped working the next day ...i contacted customer care that day itself...and they told me I would get replacement if I visit authorised service centre...am i am behind this for one month...and they now tell me it cannot be replaced...so it means i order something and even if get it defective ...my money is gone...worst experience

Realme TV panel change issue

Hi.
I have purchased Realme 43" inch tv from flipkart on[protected]. Recently on the tv faced with a flickering issue and I raised a complaint against the same with the customer care on[protected] and they sent the people to check the tv as the complaint is filed. The people checked the tv at my home and confirmed that they will change the panel. Eversince the quality check is completed I did not get any reply from them. I tried calling them and they've been keep postponing the issue. Approximately after 25 days from the issue was raised, I got a call from service center guy ( Riaz ) and he told me that he won't be able to come to my place as it was 40kms distant from the service center and told me to bring the tv to his place otherwise service is not possible. As I was in need of service i accepted for it. I carefully packed the tv in the box they have given at the time of purchasing and took that to the service centre guy in my car. The person Riaz called me to a place that's definitely not a service center, must be his home. He took the tv to his place and told me that the replacement will take one hour and told me to come after an hour. After I left the place, He called me after a half an hour and called me to his place. I went to that place and saw that the tv is already opened and switched on. He showed me black mark on the corner of the tv and said that's a physical damage and he can't do the replacement. I'm completely sure that the black scratch doesn't exist at my place and i didn't know who damaged the tv as it is already opened the tv and his place in the first floor of the building. He blamed that I may have damaged it during the transport. Realme promised me a home service and didn't do it. They asked me to come to their place and i did the same because in emergency. As I didn't know whose mistake it was and whom to blame. I called the realme customer support and raised the complaint on the issue. They said that they will resolve the issue with in 24-48 hours. It's been 3 days from the date that the issue is raised. I didn't get any proper response from anyone. My Tv is also there at the service guy's place from the past 3 days. As I thought the issue will be resolved I left it at their place. Today i got a message that saying my service request is cancelled and I didn't get any update from the realme people regarding the issue.

My handset realme 8, on 25 may the screen crack and black, the screen not working but phone still working i take call and receive notifications sound.
Next day i visit nearest realme service center they take my phone and replace screen and fingerprint not working when i say to service center they say fingerprint issu from motherboard . They not provided invoice or single piece of paper i complain on customer care and send email but not response form realme

On 24th April I had made a payment of 24999 for realme pro plus on realme official website my amount got deducted from bank and order was not placed by them.So I contacted them and they said amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days .It has been more then two weeks and amount is still not refunded.When I call or email to enquire they just avoid .

Realme 6 need the most important security update
For more security add settings to use password. Before switching off mobile
If i lost my mobile instantly i can use Google find my phone to get my Mobile location where it is.
But the main problem is if i lost thief immediately switch off my mobile so, i cant get my mobile location there fore i may loose my device.
Hence i request to realme company to give an update password before switching off mobile

My screen is damaged

My real me X2 pro screen was damaged in Jan 2022 then I went 2 times to realme authorised service center to repair it they told that stock is not available then I wait for 1 month then I again went different authorised service center of real me in banglore after 1 month again they told that it's stock is not available.Then as you know mobile is so much needed so I search it in olx might be some one will sell his 2nd hand mobile i will use that screen i found 1 person he is ready to give is mobile in 6000 .His mobile motherboard is damaged but other than every thing was good but he was from up and I am from Bangalore so he told he will send me this by post he taken half of the amount that is 3000 and I told another half i will sent after receiving the product.But when I recieved bricks and stone present inside the box.i loose my 3000 .Then I have only option that I will repair it from authorised center.Again i call them they told stock is still not available now it's month of March.Then some one given me the realme distributer number and i given there.That distributer told me that with in 3 days it will repair and given the bill(I will attach that bill) .Then 17 days gone it's still not repair finally after 17 days i have taken my mobile from distributer.Then i call to main office of realme available in Delhi.They told u go to real me authorised service center and give your mobile there then u share the job of given by them to us then we can help.Then I went again to different realme authorised service center and they again told that sir we can't keep it with us because stock is not available and at that time it was 2022 April 5.Then yesterday again i call realme customer care number then they told that sir u give there they should not refute to take ur mobile bcs it's our authorised service center and it's there duty.I told my they are not taking it they are telling stock is not available.Tgen customer care told that u go there and reach us from authorised service center we can help .Again today I went then again they refused by saying same that stock is not available.so i call customer care from there only and that authorised service center and customer care directly talk.Then after some time customer care officer told me sir its end of the line for realme X2 pro product.

Realme 43inch Television
Bought a Realme 43 inch TV on 27th April 2021 From the shop Mobile point, And the next day the installation boys came to instal the Tv and i noticed a Gap in between Panel Board of the Television and i told them about the problem. They told me that it's usual and the Tv have no problems. I also talked to a lady from JGB Smart (from where the installation has been arranged). She told me that she will give a Complaint to the manager and the complaint will be done shortly. After one week there was no response, so I mailed a complaint to the realme official site.After that I got Call and one of the executives came and visited, at that time they told me that they will give a replacement. But today one of the executives called me and told me that the panel has arrived, they have changed the panel after Changing the panel, its display got complaint then after 2weeks they Changed the Display of my Tv and Its was running, now about 2days the display fully gone, so. Within a time of 7months i have to Replace the display gor 3tikes, so Kindly please understand my situation and give me a replacement of Television instead of repair

Real me service denied under warranty

I regret having purchased a REALME phone for my wife that cost 30k. Without wasting anyone's time if any of you will read this email, I'll cut the one month story as short as possible.
A real me x7 pro under warrant roughly 10 months old caught us off guard when the screen started to peel off in the corner of the front camera and a thin colored line appeared across the phone. (Phone was not dropped, neither was it hit to any hard surface). CONTACTed CUSTOMER service, and was asked to visit a service CENTER, which I did.
Service CENTER : First Floor, Door No.123, 124, Ispahani CENTER, Nungambakkam High Rd, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600034
A stubborn and stone faced rude front desk executive unwelcomed me, saw the phone for a second, and without any further questions or any inquiry said it's not covered, you need to pay. (don't know what she asked me to pay for, i wish she knew).
After a bit of confrontation(calmly), I was referred to MAHESH, maybe a techie, who walks out sees the phone for 2 more seconds, says it's not covered under warranty, again without asking or hearing for any explanation. Another confrontation(calm), he heard my story, He accepted there was no damage seen on the phone but it's not his CALL TO get it done under warranty.
He took a video of the damaged area of the phone. Took a copy of the phone's purchase bill and said he'll send an email about this and a team will review and will call in 2 days. No call was made. 3 days later i visited the CENTER again, Mahesh said the team reviewed it and said it ll not be covered under warranty because the internal screen is damaged and without any physical force it will never happen. I asked for the review email copy, he said he can't show it. Things heated up and I explained again that I was honest enough to tell the truth that in no circumstances the phone was dropped or was the phone put through any physical force. I also mentioned if I were to lie the phone's exterior body should have any kind of signs of the phone being dropped, which it dint. He refused to answer or listen any further and walked away.(another day of LOP at work for me)
I called the CUSTOMER care and lodged a complaint on the issue - REGISTERED PHONE NUMBER FOR COMPLAINT - [protected] / COMPLAINT REF NO[protected].
Ever since then I have been kicked around like a football. Problem will be solved sir, please visit the service CENTER, says a CUSTOMER care executive, when i visit the service CENTER says we have not received any intimation. Like a fool I stood there having to prove that some had called me to go to the service CENTER. After having proved the same, The guy in the service CENTER says to me that the comments left from the escalation team in the complaint are not clear for him.- THE COMMENT READ - "HAVE ADVISED THE CUSTOMER TO VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER AND THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED" He said he needed an email from i don't know who- otherwise he cant help me. (I WAS MADE A BIGGER FOOL). I've had conference calls with the technical team, escalation team and some RSM's called me to check. One in particular MR SUNDAR, who said he'll resolve the issue, but doesnt even pick my call.
I have made an innumerable number of calls, followed up with n number of people and every time someone understands what i say and a review the team or an RSM calls the service CENTER to check for the authenticity of the claim, Mr. MAHESH(techie) says its physical damage bluntly. When i try to correct the word he uses so the review team does not misunderstand the damage type, that the screen did not peel off due to any physical force but could or may be manufactural or internal defect, In a cold tone he goes behind my back and tells them it can never happen without dropping the phone and he has reviewed it and he is sure about it (like his assessment is final and i cannot do ### about it).
In the due process the screen completely went blank and the phone screen was no longer working. When asked about the same he said it is bound to happen and he can't do anything about it.
My only concern in all this is why would I go to such lengths if I had physically damaged the phone. Why is no one trusting the CUSTOMER once. Why are the REAL ME TECH GODS analysis sitting in the service CENTER always right?. Why can't it be some physical defect with the phone's body which could have led the peel off of the screen eventually daming it.
This is my last hope to see if someone can help me solve this. Hoping still that someone will believe my side of the story.

My display was not working properly from 12 Jan the ENGENEAR come on 13 Jan 2022 Jan take photos of display he told that replacement will done on 22 jan 2022 but till now I can't get any Gmail or massage or call from company or replacement team I want to take action against realme replacement team

I had purchased realme smart tv (43 inch) from Flipkart in October 2020, It has display warranty of two years, I am having the display problem since October 2021.
I have complained about it to the realme tv for about 3-4 times and still did not git any response. Everytime the service man comes to home and check the display and clicks the photos of it and tells me that the tv will be replaced with 10-12 days and then no reply from realme team.

I bought a 43 inch LED TV just 3 month back only, Within 3 months display got crashed. I filed a complain in Realme customer care and its almost a month over, still I didn't get my display fixed. Whenever I called for their support, they always say we will fix it as soon as possible. I am very frustrating with their after sales service....

REALME - denied for free service under warranty and the worst service that had ever provided . I got realme 9pro +5G from online back 4 months, its display has damaged and when i reached the service center they denied to provide free service and taken a month to repair without warranty .service center provides a worst service and the people there wont even respond to a call and answer their customers, , , , WORST SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY REALME, , i suggest not to take realme and i have seen many of my friends facing the same issues but no way company is aware of it. i would give a NEGATIVE RATING and can say the worst and the worst service by the company and service center people
