Bought a Realme 43 inch TV on 27th April 2021 From the shop Mobile point, And the next day the installation boys came to instal the Tv and i noticed a Gap in between Panel Board of the Television and i told them about the problem. They told me that it's usual and the Tv have no problems. I also talked to a lady from JGB Smart (from where the installation has been arranged). She told me that she will give a Complaint to the manager and the complaint will be done shortly. After one week there was no response, so I mailed a complaint to the realme official site.After that I got Call and one of the executives came and visited, at that time they told me that they will give a replacement. But today one of the executives called me and told me that the panel has arrived, they have changed the panel after Changing the panel, its display got complaint then after 2weeks they Changed the Display of my Tv and Its was running, now about 2days the display fully gone, so. Within a time of 7months i have to Replace the display gor 3tikes, so Kindly please understand my situation and give me a replacement of Television instead of repair

    Hello Sir's,

    I regret having purchased a REALME phone for my wife that cost 30k. Without wasting anyone's time if any of you will read this email, I'll cut the one month story as short as possible.

    A real me x7 pro under warrant roughly 10 months old caught us off guard when the screen started to peel off in the corner of the front camera and a thin colored line appeared across the phone. (Phone was not dropped, neither was it hit to any hard surface). CONTACTed CUSTOMER service, and was asked to visit a service CENTER, which I did.

    Service CENTER : First Floor, Door No.123, 124, Ispahani CENTER, Nungambakkam High Rd, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600034

    A stubborn and stone faced rude front desk executive unwelcomed me, saw the phone for a second, and without any further questions or any inquiry said it's not covered, you need to pay. (don't know what she asked me to pay for, i wish she knew).

    After a bit of confrontation(calmly), I was referred to MAHESH, maybe a techie, who walks out sees the phone for 2 more seconds, says it's not covered under warranty, again without asking or hearing for any explanation. Another confrontation(calm), he heard my story, He accepted there was no damage seen on the phone but it's not his CALL TO get it done under warranty.

    He took a video of the damaged area of the phone. Took a copy of the phone's purchase bill and said he'll send an email about this and a team will review and will call in 2 days. No call was made. 3 days later i visited the CENTER again, Mahesh said the team reviewed it and said it ll not be covered under warranty because the internal screen is damaged and without any physical force it will never happen. I asked for the review email copy, he said he can't show it. Things heated up and I explained again that I was honest enough to tell the truth that in no circumstances the phone was dropped or was the phone put through any physical force. I also mentioned if I were to lie the phone's exterior body should have any kind of signs of the phone being dropped, which it dint. He refused to answer or listen any further and walked away.(another day of LOP at work for me)

    I called the CUSTOMER care and lodged a complaint on the issue - REGISTERED PHONE NUMBER FOR COMPLAINT - [protected] / COMPLAINT REF NO[protected].

    Ever since then I have been kicked around like a football. Problem will be solved sir, please visit the service CENTER, says a CUSTOMER care executive, when i visit the service CENTER says we have not received any intimation. Like a fool I stood there having to prove that some had called me to go to the service CENTER. After having proved the same, The guy in the service CENTER says to me that the comments left from the escalation team in the complaint are not clear for him.- THE COMMENT READ - "HAVE ADVISED THE CUSTOMER TO VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER AND THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED" He said he needed an email from i don't know who- otherwise he cant help me. (I WAS MADE A BIGGER FOOL). I've had conference calls with the technical team, escalation team and some RSM's called me to check. One in particular MR SUNDAR, who said he'll resolve the issue, but doesnt even pick my call.

    I have made an innumerable number of calls, followed up with n number of people and every time someone understands what i say and a review the team or an RSM calls the service CENTER to check for the authenticity of the claim, Mr. MAHESH(techie) says its physical damage bluntly. When i try to correct the word he uses so the review team does not misunderstand the damage type, that the screen did not peel off due to any physical force but could or may be manufactural or internal defect, In a cold tone he goes behind my back and tells them it can never happen without dropping the phone and he has reviewed it and he is sure about it (like his assessment is final and i cannot do ### about it).

    In the due process the screen completely went blank and the phone screen was no longer working. When asked about the same he said it is bound to happen and he can't do anything about it.

    My only concern in all this is why would I go to such lengths if I had physically damaged the phone. Why is no one trusting the CUSTOMER once. Why are the REAL ME TECH GODS analysis sitting in the service CENTER always right?. Why can't it be some physical defect with the phone's body which could have led the peel off of the screen eventually daming it.

    This is my last hope to see if someone can help me solve this. Hoping still that someone will believe my side of the story.

        I had purchased realme smart tv (43 inch) from Flipkart in October 2020, It has display warranty of two years, I am having the display problem since October 2021.
        I have complained about it to the realme tv for about 3-4 times and still did not git any response. Everytime the service man comes to home and check the display and clicks the photos of it and tells me that the tv will be replaced with 10-12 days and then no reply from realme team.

          LED TV Display Problem

          I bought a 43 inch LED TV just 3 month back only, Within 3 months display got crashed. I filed a complain in Realme customer care and its almost a month over, still I didn't get my display fixed. Whenever I called for their support, they always say we will fix it as soon as possible. I am very frustrating with their after sales service....

          I want free service bcz my handset just 4 months old .. if they can't I will be going to police fir ..
          REALME - denied for free service under warranty and the worst service that had ever provided . I got realme 9pro +5G from online back 4 months, its display has damaged and when i reached the service center they denied to provide free service and taken a month to repair without warranty .service center provides a worst service and the people there wont even respond to a call and answer their customers, , , , WORST SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY REALME, , i suggest not to take realme and i have seen many of my friends facing the same issues but no way company is aware of it. i would give a NEGATIVE RATING and can say the worst and the worst service by the company and service center people

            I have purchased realme buds air 2 (BLACK) worth rs 3299 via Flipkart on offer price of rs 2999 in August 2021. By the time I got the product, the right buds were non functional.
            After tremendous calls to realme service and Flipkart I got it replaced. Unfortunately the right bud stopped
            working after 2 months.
            Due to lack of time I wasn't able to take it to the service centre.

            I have given them for replacement at the realme service centre ( GEECELL )at Trivandrum on December 16, 2021.
            I was asked to wait for 2 weeks.

            On the 29 th of December 2021, I got a call from the service centre and was informed that black color variant isnt available, and they are not sure when the Black ones will be available.

            They enquired if I am willing to take the white variant. I denied to take the white variant.

            I called the customer care on the same day (29/12/2021) and my complaint was registered by the agent and assured me of getting the problem solved within 2 days .
            But they haven't contacted since then.

            On 11 January 2022, the service centre informed that as the Black Variant is not available they will give me a coupon worth the amount of the Buds air 2 and I can use the coupon to buy the same product or any other REALME products. I denied to accept the coupon as I am tired of the poor quality of the product.
            Today (12/01/2022) I contacted the REALME CUSTOMER CARE and demanded refund for the same, but they denied my demand as the Brand doesn't have refund options.

            I can't afford to buy the same product again, just to deliver it to the service centre for the poor quality repeatedly.
            3000 rs may be a small amount for them, not for me.
            There is no assurance that this won't happen again.

            Kindly help me out in this matter.

              Dear sir.
              I bought realme 8 mobile for 15499/- rs just befor 2 months like 04th Oct 2021. But only within two month mobile bent from middle site and i checked for warrenty than i didn't found any warranty like this. But litterelly this is a kind of fraud with me that they sold like this product quality. I lost my totally money just only within two months. This is like a cheating with a consumer. I need my money back or replace my mobile.

                  I have problem in my Phone "alien object and liquid detected or unplug the charger" - Realme company is not good.. it's all phone have same problem but company not doing anything regarding this problem... this company is totally fraud, it's cant take care of his customers... all users and customers is frustrated by this problem. but company said in their community to resolve this problem in next update but many updates releases and problem is not resolved!

                    My Realme Techlife Robot Vaccum Cleaner isn't working. It has only been 15 days since the purchase to the day it stopped working. I went to two service center's near my locality. They said "We don't have authorization to repair a vacccum cleaner so you need to call customer care and they will book a pick up appointment and take care of everything else." So I called customer care 4 times in 3 weeks. The only answer they were able to give is " We have raised your complaint, Our superior officers will take a look and call you as soon as possible." It's been around 30 days since the vaccum cleaner stopped working and 20 days since I contacted customer support. Still there isn't a response. Please respond and resolve my problem ASAP.

                      Raised the complaint on 24.10.21 on TV display problem, but till date not resolved. I have sent a mail to [protected]@realme.com but there is no response. Every time i contact through customer care centre, they simply saying that they are sending my issue details to relevant team and they will contact you. But the problem not solved. The customer care executive given me the DTDC tracking details as G91038357 as a tracking number but it shows wrong number while iam tracking. Very Bad service from the Realme. Don't buy the realme products.

                          I had issue with my vacuum cleaner which I buy 50 days before i has raised compliant on19/11/2021 that real me service center persons are not accepting the request of compliant and i am getting answer than they don't do vacuum cleaner servicing i have discussed with customer care 3 times but still my problem was not cleared it was 20 days since i am facing issue but there is no solution for my problem its very bad experience with realme
                          Same experience with me as well, after sales no sevice and there's no customer car number for this robo vaccum cleaner, how is that even possible to launch such a product from major brand like realme without any customer support. Very worst product cleaning wise ok but without any customer support the product itself is useless. Please look out for another alternatives. You cant even get spares for this product in anywhere. The point of releasing this product is completely useless. Even i have raised so many complaints using email but till now no reply from realme customer support. I make sure in future illnever and ever buy any oroduct from realme. And make sure that my friends, family and relatives and anyone i know i suggest them not to buy realme products in future.

                            I have an raised service complaint issues on 19Th Oct'21 to my existing Realme 43 Inch LED Android Tv which was bought on 16.03.2021. Technician visited on the same day on 19th Oct'21 and uploaded videos and confirmed that within 7-10 days will get replacement. After 30 days time there is no single message from Realme customer care for status updation. After making call to customer service toll number[protected] on 25th & 28th Oct'21 one of the executive told that, you will get brand new tv despatch details within 4 working days. But till date i dídn't get any single message from realme customer support about status of my replacement of Tv.
                            Further to this I got R-pass details for Compensation of Realme Buds Q2 on 25.11.2021 and the same got received on 01.12.2021 and received sms on 27.11.2021 R-pass for TV that is used one. Till date (03.12.2021) customer care executives are telling repeatedly higher officials will contact you shortly you will get R-pass for Tv.

But I'm suffering from excessive battery drain and overheating even with minimal usage. The IMEI number is [protected] / 07 . I have one year warranty for this phone. I suspect I have been provided with a defective model. I need this defective model to be replaced by a new and good device. I hope you will do the needful as soon as possible.

                                I am a realme wireless buds pro user. my earphones were not working properly. I mean it was making noise when I am using it. so, I took it to the service center. Then they took my earphones and gave it to the mechanic, he asked me weather I dropped the earphones in the oil or water told no. Then he showed me wax which was shining then I cleaned and showed then that it is wax which is formed by day to day usage, again ne denied to give replacement A person came he might be the in charge and said me that he will tile the complaint in their head office and give me their response. then without asking me they filled in the form that said that the earphones were dropped in the water then denied to replace my product, when I asked them then they started shouting time told them that I will do complaint in consumers court then they said do whatever you want

                                  Realme 42inch TV display problem. I complent and they are not responding properly. I registered complent last 2months ago. Still they are not responding properly. So many times I call but they give only one answer (please wait sir). They are not providing a good service to there Coustmers .so many members face this problem. so keep an eye on the problem.

                                        I have been a loyal customer of Realme 3 years. I was very happy with my purchase of the Realme 2 phone, so I also got Realme Buds Air Neo and more recently, the Realme TV.

                                        Even though the products have been good, the after sales service has been really disappointing. The Realme TV that I bought had issues in the display panel. We raised a ticket and tried reaching the customer service but to no avail. During the first few calls, we get some response asking for some time to fix the matter. After a couple of calls, the customer service stopped receiving calls. We were forced to make calls each time from a different phone number, but only to hear fake promises of offering immediate shipment of damaged part, or replacement of entire TV or offering vouchers to order a new one or giving freebies for our troubles. It has been over 2 months now, but our repeated complaints and requests have only fallen on deaf ears. We tried e-mailing too, but the whole issue and the e-mails are also being ignored.

                                        I am an avid cricket buff and do not miss any cricket match, however has been 2 months now since we are without a TV. I could not watch the IPL or the T20 world cup during this period.

                                        I hope at least you would be in a position to address my problem or assign someone to it.. else, this could turn out to be last purchase of Realme products from a customer who has been a loyalist for the last 3 years of your products.

                                          I purchased tv in November 2020. And it stoped working october 2021. Still tv is in warranty period.
                                          I raised a complaint in Oct 2021. Still my tv is not repaired or replaced by realme.
                                          This is very bad experience.

                                                I have purchased a real me 43 inch TV from flipkart on dec 2020 and its not even been a year the tv is having issues it started with volume issue then it started developing black spot and white lines and the remote wont work i made a complain on first on 23 oct 2021 on chat where i was informed it will be resolved in 3 days then again i tried connecting with them that no one contacted regarding the tv replacement they again told me to wait for 3 days and just like that its almost been 20 days and i am getting the same response that i have to wait for 3 days no one contacted for replacement and i am tired of running behind them no one cares the chat people say they will contact you the customer care says wait they will call and its been a long time that i am just waiting for a tv replacement to be done

                                                  I purchased T.V. company of Realme through Flipchart ( Order No. OD[protected] and bill No. FAB3X[protected] Bill date : 18.10.2020 ) and their Model no is 01SFTV[protected], Serial No. S[protected] ( Relme 108cm, Full HD LED Smart TV ) after 11 month this T.V. not proper working and I complained by IN-SA[protected] on 01.10.2021 and cc[protected] Date:13.10.2021 then after one person visited at my home but problem not solve by the them, after 40 days visited company person we are facing lots of problem like not proper support by the realme company in online conversation and they do not support me as company warrany and service also, till now we are facing me and my family lots of problem by by Company person and T.V.

                                                      I had made a complaint about my Realme Smart TV 43 Inch (bought on 18-Oct-2020 through Flipkart with 1 year warrant on TV and 2 years warranty on Panel, I had also bought extended warranty of 2 years) on 10-Oct-2021 which was showing vertical flickering lines. I was told a technician would visit within 2-3 working days, the same timeline committed was breached and I had to call again. The technician visited and mentioned that there is a problem with the panel of this TV and everyone who has bought this TV has the same issue. The panel would be replaced within 1 week. He gave me a phone number where I needed to call for replacement after one week but no one is picking up that number. I called customer care, they mentioned company has rolled out a policy to replace all such 43 inch Smart TVs of Realme due to manufacturing fault and I would receive a new TV by 4th November 2021, which doesn't have the same problem and it is fixed. The same has been also breached and called back again the customer care support[protected] on 8th November but they are now saying that the company has some logistics issue and they cannot give a timeline.

                                                          Ordered a product from realme which was later cancelled with order id[protected]. The return was done on 10th October 2021 and no refund has reflected since. Called up the customer care several times of which the resolution they give is the same. That I'll recieve a call back soon which i haven't yet. It has been more than 20 days.
