iam facing very worst service from real call centre iam suffering after purchasing real me tv from flip kart afer several compaints they giving same repatead answers it will be delivered soon.

    Ordered a product from realme which was later cancelled with order id[protected]. The return was done on 10th October 2021 and no refund has reflected since. Called up the customer care several times of which the resolution they give is the same. That I'll recieve a call back soon which i haven't yet. It has been more than 20 days.

      Dear Sir/Madam
      We request that, I Bought realme tv online, After some time the automatic tv stopped, complained about it to realme technical services but didn't get satisfactory answer, being misled and tv warranty is expiring, complained on 13th September, but problem not resolved till now.
      It's been a month and a half since the complaint.
      Realme executives are misleading, every executive is different answers.

      Note - Contacted realme - email id, twitter, chat and support calling but did not get satisfactory response.

      Realme cheated me, because of this problem my mind is not balanced. Please Solution My Problem 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

        Purchased a Realme 43" TV from Flipcart (SERIAL Num:01SFTV[protected] On 11th November 2020 under Invoice Number FAC3R[protected] ( Seller Name : Consulting Rooms Private Limited ), The TV stopped working on August 2021 due to Panel Problem, I Contacted Realme and Registered the complaint on 21st August 2021 But Till Today ( 09th October 2021) Realme not solved the issue, Whenever I contact them they keep says that a new unit approved for replace my current unit, and keep says that the problem will be solved within 48 hrs but even after 1 and have month they not did anything favorable. When I search about this model TV of Realme, Around 98 % of their TV customer facing the same issue in India.. even though the company still selling same model through online flat form even without solving existing customer problems

        Now a days they says that they will collect my old TV first and provide a pass called R PASS to purchase again a realme TV with Rs 1 from their official website. After several email conversations with Realme, Last week a technician came from Ettore care service company and uninstalled the TV and packed and left it in the home and informed that some courier company will approach me within 48hrs and they will pick it off but even after one week also No body approached. Now a days whenever I am trying to contact their customer care, nobody answering my calls in TV technical support

        It is 100 % clear that Realme is totally cheating their customers by lack of after sale service.

        Again I cannot trust realme company so they have to provide a TV before they picking up my current unit otherwise they have to completely Refund what I paid.. so I can purchase an other company devise because Realme doesn’t have any own service centers to service in again happend same issue as their most of the unit facing problems

        I hope that I will get a favorable approach by registering my issue in this portal
        I also facing same issue.

          An order ( Order ID[protected] cancelled at couriers services end without any intimation. Moreover, No refund has been received even after 18 days of date of cancellation. Only false claims of refund have been given upon contacting to Realme’s customer care executives. This is the ridiculous way to treat your consumers.

            An order cancelled by courier service’s end without any intimation, moreover did not receive any refund by the Realme even after 18 days of date of return. Only false dates were given upon calling to their customer care executives. This not how professional companies operate.

              My panel has destroyed internally without any physical damage but it's been now +1month and till now it is not repaired under warranty
              Whenever I call them they say that your request is pending you will get a call back within 24 to 48 hours but I didn't receive any call from them

                I am using Realme 3 pro since 2.5 years. I am a beta user of android 11. The stable update for this mobile was rolled out on 13.10.21 but the same has not been provided to me . It is over 5 days since the rollout of stable update but still I didn't got the same.

                  I bought this waste product 10 months back and its stated showing horizontal lines in display. engineer visited after 10 days of complaint registration and now total 45 days over no update. Very poor and bad customer service. I have raised the complaint many times but nothing can be done. Nobody from realme has any clue about when we will get our problem resolved

                    Raised an issue with my Realme 43 inch TV on July 27th and the Jeeves technician visited my home then left by saying that the panel issue and it has to be replaced. Later they closed my ticket without resolving it. Again Aug 17th I raised, another Jeeves technician visited and told me the same thing. So I followed up with Realme, they always say wait for some time. All of the sudden, some days ago Realme sent 24 7 around technician and they also visited my home and took the picture of my TV then left. I called 24 7 around but they don't have any information because they are 3rd party. On Sep 24th I raised a consumer complaint[protected], the next day I got a call from the senior and he promised me within 3 days my issue will be resolved but no updates till now.

                        Hi - I bought a 43 inch Realme TV on August 2021. TV Remote is not working Within 2 months. i registered a complaint, on the next day support person came and took the video by checking the TV remote control. He mentioned that it will be taken care with in a week since the the replacement remote needs to come from Delhi. Almost two weeks gone there is no response. Even when i called the support center they are not proving the proper status.

                          I have purchased Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 1 july 2020.
                          I started facing a problem that is flickring of screen panel/Display of TV, screen is not working properly, picture is not clear, lining is coming in the screen.

                          As per the invoice and product page in FLIPKART it is mentioned that the TV is covered in warranty for 1 year domestic and 2 year for panel. and the warranty service type is On-site, BY authorised technician visit.
                          The Technician visited on 8th August 2021 and submitted his recommendation for replacement of the panel.
                          Till date (09/10/2021) its been 2 months I havn't received any response from REALME. Whenever I called or wrote to them they simply responded back that they are working on it.
                          I really need help to sort out this issue.

                                I have placed an order for realme buds Q2 black and I got the package on 04 Oct 2021. But the box was empty there was nothing but an invoice bill. I have been complaining about this thing daily to them. Neither they have refunded the paid amount nor they are connecting with me properly. They gave such pathetic services even after ordering the product from the there official site. I am very disappointed and do police complain if nothing happens.                                   My realme TV has got lines on it so i requested for service on aug 26 th through their website, after 2 days technician came and took my tv and he said within 1 week u will get replaced, but its been 1 month i haven't get my tv, i called realme customer care and executives many times, but it didn't helped till now, I'm highly disappointed

                                        I have purchased Realme x7 Max but I am really disappointed with my purchase, handset has network issue and screen Flickering problem. I think it's my wrong decision to trust Realme brand, it's only 12 days old phone and has so many problems, ever expected, seems cheap low quality phone. Please be a genuine company and help so that customers can trust your brand and purchase, hope you understand and co-operate

                                          I bought realme tv 43 inch on September 09 2020
                                          It got complaint 2 months back and we registered complaint regarding the same
                                          After that technician came and told us that the panel is not working and they will inform the same to realme
                                          After that we contacted realme to know the status of complaint
                                          They told us that the panel is not available at their warehouse and will be issued soon
                                          But we neither get serviced nor replaced the tv
                                          We have been contacting realme for the past 2 months and we didn't get any proper response regarding the service from realme

                                            Purchased Realme 43 Smart TV from Flipkart on March 2021, because of physical damage to panel, it was completely not visible.

                                            Technician came, assessed told me that it's not covered.

                                            I had a 3 years extended warranty purchased which covers physical damages. gave all details to tech, almost 01 month...

                                            No update...
                                            Local service center doesn't know the status of spares...

                                            Customer care also don't know...

                                                  My Android TV display not working since 2 months. I am complain about it CUSTEMER care. Engineer comes and check and said your TV panel not working and company replace and give you new TV .I'm waiting but after few days msg comes my phone your Complain cancel.I call customer care he said complain again. I'm complain again but after complain not solve my problems.

                                                    I have done complaint in flipcart too, but no response getting from anywhere.
                                                    I really need help to sort out this issue.

                                                    Actually as per realme brand issue supposed to resolve within 10-12 days after their technician visit but not resolve till date(17.09.21).
                                                    I want full product replacement due to following genuine reasons-:
                                                    1.The parts which is to be replaced it's not available at anywhere their warehouse/service center.
                                                    2.If brand tv has detected fault within 10 month after purchase, so what will be guarantee of parts will detect fault.
                                                    3.Realme failed to solve issue within their policy timeline.

                                                        Have purchased Realme 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 1 july 2020.
                                                        I started facing a problem that is flickring of screen panel/Display of TV, screen is not working properly, picture is not clear, lining is coming in the screen.
                                                        As per the invoice and product page in FLIPKART it is mentioned that the TV is covered in warranty for 1 year domestic and 2 year for panel. and the warranty service type is On-site, BY authorised technician visit.
                                                        The Technician visited on 8th August 2021 and submitted his recommendation for replacement of the panel.
                                                        Till date (16 sept 2021) its been 2 months I havn't received any response from REALME. Whenever I called or wrote to them they simply responded back that they are working on it.
                                                        I really need help to sort out this issue.
                                                        Screen flickering has been a big issue for me. Hope you can resolve this. My phone number [protected]

                                                          I paid for a phone online on realme.com, payment was through the gateway of razorpay, they told that the transaction was completed from their end and my money was deducted but realme support team are saying the haven't received money, and my order is also showing cancelled but my money is deducted...I want my refund
