Respected Sir,
I beg to say that my name is Amit Kumar a Realme Customer. My problem is that my Realme TV is Stop Working 10 days ago Under one year Warranty. I made a complaint on realme support and after one day the service agent came and check TV and said that my TV Motherboard is dead and that's why they should have to send all this photos of TV and motherboard to the Realme Main Office after the approval of the Realme company they will change my motherboard in 7 to 10 days but 3 days ago the service center executive called me and said that the Realme has rejected your complaint by saying that my TV is damaged by liquid but There is no chance of liquid near by my TV, because it is mounted on the Wall and there is no liquid source nearby TV then how it's possible and I don't know how Realme rejected this. Respected Sir, I am very disappoint with the service of the Realme if the company do like this then where should go customers i request you sir please resolve my TV problem trust me sir I am not lying.
