I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of the Realme 12 Plus 5G phone, which I bought on June 21, 2024, for INR 22, 400. Despite being a new device, it began experiencing severe hanging issues just two days after purchase.On June 24, 2024, I visited the Realme service center at Dadar at 5:15 PM, where they formatted my phone and assured me that the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, and I had to visit the service center again the next day. They kept my phone for 24 hours, but the hanging problem continued unabated.After multiple visits and unsatisfactory service, the technicians claimed that third-party apps like WhatsApp and Instagram were causing the issue and advised me not to use them. This is unacceptable as I rely heavily on these apps for my CAT exam preparation and communication regarding my classes and college. It is unreasonable to expect me to not use essential apps on a brand-new phone.Despite providing three proofs of the phone's malfunction, the service center has refused to exchange my phone, insisting instead on applying software fixes that have not resolved the problem. I am now left with an unreliable device and a growing frustration with the lack of support and accountability from the service center.Given that it has only been eight days since my purchase and the phone is still under the 7-day return policy, I urge you to consider my request for a replacement device. The continuous issues and inadequate service have severely disrupted my daily life and exam preparation.I hope Realme values its customers' satisfaction and will take immediate action to resolve this issue by providing me with a new phone. Your prompt response and support in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
