I want to share my frustrating experience with Realme and their washing machines, in hopes of helping others avoid the same issue.
I purchased a Realme washing machine (7.5 kg, Fully Automatic, 5-Star Rating) from Flipkart along with a 3-year complete protection warranty through Jeeves. My washing machine broke down on December 17, 2025 (Ticket Nos.:[protected],[protected]. Since then, I’ve been trying to get it repaired, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no help.
The company claims that the necessary parts are unavailable, and they have yet to offer a refund or resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and support from both Realme and Jeeves.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I strongly recommend caution before purchasing any products from this company. The after-sales service and warranty support have been nothing short of a nightmare.
If anyone has had similar experiences or knows how to escalate this matter, I’d greatly appreciate your advice! Let's help spread awareness so others don't have to go through this.
