I tried to book a ticket from visakhapatnam to tanuku. Moneh has been deducfed feom bank account but ticket was not confirmed. I didnt received the refund status yet. I did one transaction at 21th august 2018 of rupees 1214.50 due to technical issue transaction was failed but money was deducted.now 2 months are past away still my refund was not credited to my bank.This is worst service ever i seen.
