[Resolved] Redbus — Payment debited but ticket not issued - need refund | |||||
Dear redbus team, I am akash vispute. I have registered my redbus account by using this email id:- [protected]@gmail.com my mobile no:- [protected]. I booked a bus ticket from pune to chopda on 09/11/2016, 05:43 pm by using sbi debit card through freecharge in redbus mobile application. ₹ 459 was deducted from my account. But they said payment for redbus is failed. So again i tried second time by using different sbi account and same thing happened again and ₹ 459 was deducted second time. Transaction was successful from my bank account, but i did't get any booking confirmation was failed. I have paid ₹918, but couldn't get tickets. The ticket was not booked due to some network problem. But the amount for that ticket has been taken from my two different sbi account. I got a message from redbus saying that, "your amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days". But still i didn't get that amount. I also called to their customer care. But yet didn't receive any refund. I paid twice that is ₹459+₹459 = ₹918, and didn't get refund till date... Please check my transaction details, i also attached the screenshot of details, do it needful and refund to my respective bank amount as soon as possible.
