[Resolved]  Redbus — ticket not booked but payment deducted from my hdfc account

Address:Belgaum, Karnataka, 590001

With reference to the above subject, i was booked a bus ticket from belgaum to bangalore for 01/05/19 on 01/05/19 through redbus.com, but the amount of rs is 525/- debited from my hdfc account the ticket was not generated my contract phone no: [protected] and passenger name is somanath so please consider my complaint and do the needful as early as possible.
Even i have received a sms as,
'payment of rs.525.00 on redbus is declined. Please try again.in case money has been debited from your account it will be refunded in 5-7 days.'
For the above sms, my answer is - yes, my money has been debited from my account. Please revert money to my account as soon as possible.

Another transaction[protected] was failed due to some technical issued and we have not received the amount of it. Please check with your bank or Amazon team if the amount was debited more than once. I was ticket booked on 18/04/2019.but bus was going to advance time.i informed to madurai national bus travels at 18/04/2018 on 2.00 pm.buy still now my amount was refund.

I recharged my mobile [protected] with 149 using my redbus wallet and Paytm account on date of incident:28/04/2019. But my transaction failed and amount was deducted from Paytm only but I haven't received any refund yet. My account Mail-id : g.[protected]@gmail.com. Please refund my amount.
