Redmi Mobile — Damage related complaint

I am Dr. Vaithianthan from Salem, Tamil Nadu I purchased one Redmi mobile phone through online 2 month before. But the speaker of the mobile phone is not working and damaged. So immediately i produce warranty card and sent it to MI service center in salem. They give one receipt and mentioned the speaker problem the next day the service center owner called me your phone was ready. So i went to the service center and asked my mobile. But in mobile the simcard tray was brokened. I was shocked. They treated me as very poor and they are not given any response. So i was shamed at that time. In the mean time i sent one letter to the center through district consumer forum. I am having invoice bill and warranty also.
