i am Amar i wont to raise a issue for Redmi mobile.
I purchased a Redmi 10 pro mobile 15 days ago worth of 18999 RS, after that i facing a battery issue and charging adopter and i went for authorized service center and they said that there was an software update issue but They have updated all software, after that i am facing same issue. but now i wont replacement that mobile....

Hello flipkart,
I have received my new mi mobile on 28-10-18... The mobile got hanging now within 15 days after the replacement date ended.
When i approached to the nearest redmi service center they have checked and told me that "we can't do anything if we make changes in it, it will be good now and after somedays the same issue will arise again and also asked it to return with flipkart"those are the words got from the service...
