Redmi Mobile — delivered wrong product

20days ago in morning time i received a call which coming from redmi mobile, delhi a person who talks named tarun. He said me that his company sale phones on huge discount on the celebration of his 3rd anniversary in india. I ordered one piece after ten days product was coming in indian post office and i pick that after paying amount but in box wrong product was placed inplace of phone. I call them and say everything that happened they said that they send right product but they didn't send. Please help me they take my money but didn't send phone.
