Redmi Mobile — in return of my new redmi mobile

Hello flipkart,
I have received my new mi mobile on 28-10-18... The mobile got hanging now within 15 days after the replacement date ended.
When i approached to the nearest redmi service center they have checked and told me that "we can't do anything if we make changes in it, it will be good now and after somedays the same issue will arise again and also asked it to return with flipkart"those are the words got from the service center, also said it was manufacture defect... It wasnt customers fault it was from your side. So kindly give me good replacement or refund the amount on to this mobile. My order id od[protected]. Make favor as soon as possible
