Redmi Mobile — refusing to replace faulty newly bought mobile | |||||
With job ref no wxin[protected] i had given my newly purchased mobile at service center ghatkopar mumbai. The mobile screen goes blank when ever it is operated at service center they told me that it is having motherboard problem and as it is latest model they are not having mother board it will take some time for them to arrange mother board. Her i would like to say that i have newly purchase this mobile from flipkart.com and not used for one day also then why cant u exchange the mobile. Beside this why should i wait for so long after paying 14000/- as it is company faulty pieces they should immediately exchange the piece i would want u to immediately take action and exchange it immediately Was this information helpful? | |||||
