Redmi Mobile — Not getting and charger last six months

Dear sir

i am ajay gupta i have redmi 1s mobile which is bought on 2014 dec after 10 months means in nov 2015 my charger is not working i have visited galary and ready to pay new charger price but they told me sir wait 10 to 12 days but when i have visited second time they told me sir this model has been closed so we are unable to provide charger as well as batery sir my mobile is not working proper last since 6 month so
i am requesting to you pls help as soon as possible
