[Resolved] LG India Refrigerator — Warranty not honoured | |||
Following is the complaint I sent to LG support but received no acknowledgement or call or email reply. From: [protected]@hotmail.com To: [protected]@lgindia.com Subject: Complaint - Refrigerator Date: Thu, 6 Dec 2012 12:51:38 +0000 I bought one LG refrigerator on 29th August, 2012 (Model GL-305VS4/2012). Recently I noticed one bump in the body which definitely is not man made. I am attaching the photo herewith. It seems the adhesive has come off due to difference in temperature with the arrival of winter. It is not a dent which is generally caused by hitting with something but its a bump which can not be created by us. I lodged a complaint with service desk on 27th Nov (RNA[protected]. The outcome was very disappointing. The representative was confused and his superiors we blatantly telling "customer is lying, don't bother". They even refused to provide the assessment in writing so that I can take it up with appropriate forum. However they refused to do anything about it. I am very disappointed with the service, attitude, behavior. Moreover I am disappointed that my new refrigerator is not looking good anymore with this bump. I urge you to do something about it urgently. I have packed my home with LG appliances with the assumption that your service is very good but now with this experience, I have to think twice before I buy any LG appliances.
