Samsung Home Appliances — Irresponsible & Unprofessional service staff | |||
I am having a refrigerator of Samsung (model RT24BD), for what i have raised a complaint for non cooling on 5/06/13.And one technician (Rahul) came in evening and changed the "Relay" of fridge and said that the gas has also been released from refrigerator and concern person for filling gas will come next day morning 6/06/13, but no one came. I called Customer Care 3-4 time then one guy (Pankaj) came in evening on 7/06/13 and filled the gas. Again on 8/06/13 fridge was not cooling. I raised a complaint ([protected]) on 9/06/13 again in customer care and ask them to solve the problem but no one came till the time. In these 2-3 days i called up more than 15 times to customer care and twice service center and they are keep on giving me "dose of lie" that today some one will come. Today is 12/06/13 and no one came till date and time. As per customer care within 24 hr complaint will be solved. But i am waiting till date to get my problem to be solved. I have paid them full money (visit charges, equipment changing & gas refiling) but still suffering from my refrigerator problem. I am pissed off from the service which have been provided to me from such a reputed company. I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
