IT IS WITH UTMOST REGRETS THAT I AM FORCED TO APPRISE YOU ABOUT THE INCOMPLETE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE OFFICIAL DEPUTED BY SAMSUNG INDIA IN NEW DELHI FROM WEST ZONE . ATTENDING PERSON NAME ?? LALCHAND ( ILLEGIBLE HANDWRITING) INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS MANAGED WDSC- WEST DELHI SERVICE CENTRE . IN JOB SHEET HE WROTE IN FOLLOW-UP COLUMN AS VISITED/ CONTACTED MR. MANISH ( ILLEGIBLE HANDWRITING , AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY WIFE’S NAME AS MS. MANISHA) ON 12TH JUNE 2013 BUT HE NEVER. SMALL MISTAKES BUT BIG IMPACT TO INTERPRET OR REPRODUCE IN COURT OF LAW. VIZ –A VIZ CONVERSATION WITH HIM REVEALED THAT HE WAS NOT HAVING ANY AVERAGE JOB KNOWLEDGE AND WAS UNABLE TO SATISFY MY QUERIES. FURTHER, THAT, HARDLY FIVE YEARS HAVE PASSED SINCE , I PURCHASED ( ON 04/10/2008 WRONGLY WRITTEN ON JOB SHEET AS 10/10/2010) THE SAID MODEL OF SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR ( UNABLE TO SEND COMPLAINT ONLINE COZ MODEL NUMBER IS NOT DISPLAYED WHICH IS RT34/2008 XVDS ( MOSTLY FADED WITH TIME) AND IT POSED PROBLEM. OK, WELL I AS A DOCTOR CAN UNDERSTAND THAT MAN AND MACHINERY CAN FAIL ANYTIME , BUT THE GESTURE TO BEST WITH BEST AVAILABLE KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS AND THERE IS ALWAYS A SCOPE FOR IMPROVEMENT. I HOPE THAT CONCERNED, COMPETENT AND REGULATORY AUTHORITIES OF “ SAMSUNG” INDIA AND INTERNATIONAL WILL TAKE THE MATTER WITH RIGHT PERSON AND HOPE THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED VERY SOON BECAUSE AS PER ATTENDING OFFICIAL IT WAS A CONCERN AS HE HIMSELF WAS NOT SURE AS HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE OR IF SPARES IF REQUIRED WILL BE AVAILABLE OR NOT QUOTING THIS AS OLD MODEL. IF SAMSUNG DECLARES A JUST FIVE YEAR BEFORE PURCHASED MODEL AS OLD SO ONE HAS TO KEEP ON BUYING A NEW REFRIGERATOR/ ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OF SAMSUNG INDIA AT 1-2 YEAR INTERVALS. HOPING THE BEST OF SERVICES FROM WORLD ACCLAIMED “ SAMSUNG” GLOBALLY. Samsung — non redressal of complaint
dear sir,1. I have a Samsung microwave which has developed some problems. Regarding the same i had lodged complaint on your call center number 15 days back but still haven't received any response. As it is an essential and frequently used item an early response is requested.
2. I understand that I reside at a remote place but it definitely can be addressed within 15 days.
