Dear Sir, We have purchased a Pair of Shoes from your Company Store along with inv No.1819R[protected] on Dated :[protected] @ 07:57:47 PM HSN/Item : 64041110/10047692 Description : KF234 Kids 27 Black Amount : 475/- INR Sir, i wish to inform you that after wearing the shoes my kid was feeling uncomfortable because of the shoe soles which is not pasted in proper way and after wearing it has been broken from the shoes and i have visited your store to show them the problem but they are asking to repair for the same. Sir, i havn't purchased to do repair the shoes i wish to change or refund the money to me which ever is possible. Hope i will get the best solution from your side and as soon as possible.
