Reliance Big Tv — account suspended and wrong deduction

Hi sir/mam my reliance digital tv card number is[protected]. Now my current status of account is suspended. I don't know know how. This is how it starts First of all I have requested a new card as my old card was not working on date 15.12.2015. Till nw date 24.02.2014 since the date of Request I have not received the card.and there has been deduction of total 400 rupees from account as well as my account is suspended.from next day I am calling everyday i[censored] can check ur server. I am asking to resolve the complain but Evey time I call them they raise a new complaint without resolving the old one till now. I am so frustrated bcoz I am a regular and permenant coustomer of reliance from 6 Years nothing has happened till nw.but Suddenly this came. I don't know what happens between the technical guy who did not came to give me a new card and reliance coustomer care phone service also not responding . He didn't came even one time but my money has deducted two time around 400 rupees. Now My account has been suspended. And Sir u r the last hope. As reliance official website also don't tell anything even they dont reply email i have sent to them .website does not show my list of complaint resolved or booked . No history of transactions. Nothing just showing my profile details .i[censored] i[censored] can help me please do I don't know what to do next shall I go to police. Please resolve my account suspension. I asked you to extend the validity for my digital tv.
Since it was suspend from more than 3 months.
As well as i asked you to update my every transaction history
And everything related to account on myrelianceadda service

Still i did not receive any update about it?
Still it is showing ban account and there is some problem somewhere.
Please check and update it ASAP.

Regarding Signal problem

SOME OF CHANNELS ARE NOT COMING DUE TO DUE TO ERROR 400.
