[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — BIG TV Complaint No[protected] | |||
I have logged a complaint on 1 July 2015. Then my new set top box was in place on around 20 July. And my TV got blank on 24 July. I logged a complaint on 25 July. Late, I log this complaint of my non working of set top box since last 7 days. But all in vain even following with customer care toll free in all these days. It is a harassment for me to log the customer care every day (Ms Lata) due to my open complaint status.
