Reliance Big Tv — breaking of service

Dear sir, i through the advertisement of the reliance bigtv, selected one year service and paid them one year service charge in advance.in month of august 2018, reliance bigtv installed a dish tv in my house, via independent tv as their service provider.
Since in the contract it was mentioned that they will providing cable tv, with several hd channel. But never any hd channel was provided. After two months, many channels disappeared. Since december, 2018, only free to air channels were providing.
Pity thing, after several times calls they responded once and asked me to call lucknow office of independent tv. When i called lucknow office, they asked retune your setup box. I did that, since then no channels, tv gone blank.in spite of several call neither reliance bigtv responding nor independent tv.
I therefore through you, wants a strict actions against both of them to cheat the customer, not taking responsibility. They both should not be allowed to charge in advance any payment from the customer. Rather they should provide services first and after a month they should be paid by the consumer.
I also want to withdraw the connection from reliance bigtv, and request to return my all payment paid to them for one year contract.
