Reliance Big Tv — Channel removed without intimation | |||||
I am using BIG TV for my digital cable. Even previously I have been experiencing that they remove channels without intimation to the customer. In this particular case, I had star sports 1, 2, 3, 4 all 4 channels available. Now they have removed Star sports 4, without any intimation. When I called they explained, that the combo of sports channels has been changed and now they have star sports 2 & 3 as combo. Which is the reason for removing star sports 4. But from a customer point of view, I have lost a sports channel (star sports 4)and they haven't even reduced the cost!
