Reliance Big Tv — new dth connection

I have pre booked reliance big tv on 1 march by paying rs 500 the booking id is 12506304, seeing advertisement that within 30-45days. But now more than 3 months. I had later received sms from big tv that the installation will commence from 15th june, again this dae has also paased but i have no update regarding the installation of my connection.
Every time reliance come up with a new date. I tried reaching the customer care many time, the only response i got is, it will be done at earlietand they are not providing correct information. Please tell me when i will get the connection or please refund the booking amount, so that i can get connection thru another service provider.
