[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — No service for 15days blunt reply no refund | |||||
My smartcard number is[protected] I have 2 connection of reliance. The one in my parents room for which smart number mentioned above was not working and showing error for recharge. So i did recharge for 500 on 28th but it dint start the service today 31st july i recharged again but still no service. Wen enquired for refund mr satish bluntly talking in a very rude manner and telling me dat i might be giving false claim for refund. Flow supervisor should be soft spoken and should listen to customers issue first rather than blaming the customer of false claim.
