[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Not functioning of my reliance tv connection | |
RESPECTED AUTHORIZED PERSON
my reliance tv connection is showing ERROR 200 and i have no clue for the same.
actually 1 week ago my reliance set up box encountered a problem so i contacted customer care and got it replaced, also Rs 500 was debited from my account . BUT MY TV connection was not starting so i again registered a complaint against it and got it replaced again, but now again i received a message saying to recharge Rs 500 again which does not have any point as i have paid Rs 500 already
PLEASE KINDLY CONSIDER MY REQUEST IN PRIORITY AND TAKE SOME ACTION IMMEDIATELY
