[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Not getting the Channels ( signal error) in Reliance dish TV connection | |||
Smart Card Id:[protected] On 21-Nov-2015, I lodged a complaint with reliance TV that I am not able to view channels and getting error 400 ( Signal lost ). And the most of the time we were not able to see the channels. Then different untrained technicians visited several times without proper tools ( Example: without the instrument for measuring the signal strength ) and after several requests ( SR numbers are given below), they changed the LNB and the set top box. They charged me for all theses things.
