[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Not provided setup box even complaining no of times.... | |||
Hi my dth setup box was not working from past 10 days and I complained about this to customer care and they have deducted Rs. 225 from my account towards technician charges and they assured me to send the technician with in 48 hours and they never bothered to send the technician...and i followed up the matter every day with the customer care and the answer from them is will send the technician as soon as possible and we don't have the stock of the dth setup boxes ... and I am surprised the big tv deleares have enough stock and they have promised me that they will provide the new connection with in 1 hour... I don't understand their game plan and I am totally up set with customer care intellegent behaviour and i am not able watch the tv from past 10 days... Was this information helpful? | |||
