Hello sir/madam: Am Francis Philip.P customer for past 4 to 5 years am i have one problem right its about payment has not been made to my account my smart card no is[protected] i have paid my amount using net banking through my cell phone once i recharged in my transaction i mean net banking account it said amount has transferred successfully but channels dint appear and when i call the customer care they said me to hold and they told our server is down call me back after an hour then after an hour i called back they said the same thing and ask me to call back after 3 hour and then i called back after 3 hour the customer call was saying like this you have enter a wrong option but i pressed the correct option even though i press the correct its saying like this u have entered wrongly and your account s suspended but i have recharged whats this am living in chennai every time when i recharge the same problem occurs like please make any immediate action to resolve this problem so that you wont miss your customer i have recharged 360ruppes i want to get recharged ASAP.
