[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Poor service against complaints | |||||
Our reliance big TV started showing error 400 message on 9th November 2015. From that time I have called them atleast 10 times and everytime I get the same answer that it will be attended to shortly. My complaint number is[protected] which was sent to me by sms on 10th November 2015. They claimed to send some technician within 48 hrs i.e within 12th November. Today is 14th november and till now no one has come. Absolutely pathetic service. I would not recommend reliance digital to anyone. Please note that these days were Diwali holidays and we missed all the programmes inspire of paying our subscription for one year in advance. Horrible experience. I sent an email to customer care and no response for that too. Very bad attitude towards customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
