My account number is[protected].i was recharge my account on 03/07/2015 22:58:06.Now my DTH device show message that recharge your account before 24/07/2015.For monthly pack, you should give 30 days for service.can you explain this issue and provide solution for that as soon as possible. The services of your account is suspended due to insufficient balance, hence request you to recharge you account with Rs.240/- in order to resume the services by keeping the Set Top Box 'ON'.
