Hi, i'm writing to you on behalf of my father a. Balakrishnamurthy, who recently had a change of address and requested for installing the dish at their new address. They placed numerous customer service calls and looks like the local technicians are giving them hard time and demanding for money while the customer care folks say no need to pay anything. It's been three weeks they're out of service and not fair to be charged while the service installation is not done. They closed a prior service request saying it's completed and they even charged them some amount while the installation wasn't completed. Their smart card no is[protected] and the service request no is[protected]. I appreciate your help and please note they are elderly people and can't go through this stress. Thank you! Very dissapointed customer.

I appreciate any update regarding this issue, it's been more than 48hrs and no action is taken? Also i was told this is the 2nd or 3rd service request they(my parents) placed while the prior ones were closed without completing the installation. On what basis they mark it as closed without completing the service request?? also it looks like the 1-800 toll free customer service is down they they couldn't even reach out to anyone. This is really frustrating and so much waste of time. How they're even charged Rs350 without even doing anything? moreover the local technician calls and asks to pay for them too and that they will get a refund back while the customer service folks says not to pay a penny. Is this some kind of joke?? This whole month they're out of service and nobody could do anything to fix this?
