[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — SET TOP BOX problem -- not caring existing customer | |||
OUR A/C. NO.[protected] renewed and upto[protected]. not working fm[protected] till today i.e. 20 days SIR Our Big tv is not transmitting relays since 30th night waited 48 hours and brought to your notice on[protected] your Customer care executed noted the complaint and replied that the problem may be in set top box that has to replaced and cost is Rs.175-00 that has to borne by customer, I agreed to that then he said that will be delivered and resolve your your problem within 48 yours i.e. it should be rectified by 3rd Sep 2014, but till today there is no action and my BIG tv is not working for 20 days, inspite of somany remiders just your people has not taken priority to existing customers and saying that there is no stock. But releasing your products to new customers. Now, its understood that you want new customers only, you dont want to renew or serve to existing customers.
