[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — The package channels were not coming suddenly | |||||
I have paid annual subscription fee for south indian value pack. All of the sudden, on 12/06/2015 some of the channels in SUN Network telugu(Gemini TV, Gemini Comedy, Gemini Movies), ETV Telugu, ETV news, Maa TV, Maa Movies, Maa gold are not coming. Upon calling customer care, they said to recharge 28/- for English channels and then the channels will be resumed. I paid in half an hour but for 3 days the pack has not been activated. I called almost 20 times in 2 days to customer care ad nobody responded properly and some fellows say - we redirect to senior representative and the call will be silent. I waited for more than half an hour for the response. I am totally sick of their service. Reliance has such a bad representatives and least bothered to customers.
