Dear Sir / Madam I am facing problem with Reliance BIG tv they are not attending to replace the Set top box even I am ready to pay for technician visit charges, set top box charges From 19th july they are just giving promises on phone / email Now I decided to take other company DTH I need my account balance Rs700 back Please find my below email correspondence with them from 23rd July Dear All, Terminate my account urgently I did recharge ofRs 200 on 20th July and on line recharge of Rs 500 on 23rd July (AMIP[protected] As I am closing this account due to poor service from BIG tv and my TV is closed from beginning and no initiative from BIG TV Rs700 need to be debited back to my account I have initiated process to install other company DTH Confirm and acknowledge !
