[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Too munch delay in attending complaint | |||
Please note that I have registered complaint ref. no.[protected] on 20-June-2015 and till 13-July-2015 no engineers attended the complain. I was very surprised to hear that my complaint was closed on 13-July-2015 as i was not contactable this is very strange to my but inspite of this i once again registered complaint ref.no.[protected] on 13-July-2015 and finally on 18-July -2015 the complaint was attended and issue solved. Now I make a strong protest regarding the number of days lost due to no service availed by my from reliance due to non-attending of my complaint from 20-June till 18-July = 29 days the amount should be credited in my account at your earliest.
