Reliance Big Tv — Unable to Reach Customer Care | |||
I have been a customer of Big TV for the last 5 years and my annual subscription got ended by last week of May, I renewed for the next one year through online but then i am the customer care to activate it for the last 2 weeks but i didn't get any response till now. After a long wait of 30 minutes the call will be automatically getting disconnected. Initially i though Reliance Big TV may have an major outage and that's why calls in Queue, I tried calling them by 12am, 06am and many more time but still calls in queue and reps are serving other customer (Oh No) Was this information helpful? | |||
