[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Unable to view a single channels on my TV and customer care numbers not working properly | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, My smart card no is[protected], from last 2 days I'M unable to view all the channels in reliance big tv. I am calling customer care on both numbers, every time the call is connecting to other customer who is calling customer care, i am not able to connect with customer care executive. please take my complaint i am Unable to view a single channels on my TV, i checked all possible thing with power connections and re-insert smart card. OR call me on my contact number which is registered with reliance big tv. Please resolve this ASAP. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The services of your account is suspended due to insufficient balance, hence request you to recharge you account with Rs.230/- in order to resume the services by keeping the Set Top Box 'ON'.
