[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Unnecessarily suspended service | |||||
On 6th November 2015 our service was suspended without informing. Then we called Reliance customer care to find the the reason for solution. The customer executive told us to "file a complaint so that the technician will visit our home and sort out the problem and find a solution". Then we registered a complaint. The next day technician called us. But as we were out of the home for an emergency, the technician told us to file a complaint again. And sunday i.e., 8th nov we got a message saying that we have to pay Rs.450 to continue the service. Then immediately I called the customer care to find the reason, but they are not responding to our call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
