Dear sir, As per msg from 52811received on[protected], 'reliance digital tv's services will expire in nov 17. We have tied up with tata sky to get you a free new connection.' On[protected], i received message, ' dear customer, continue to enjoy our services without moving to another dth service provider. 50%cash back on recharge over rs. 150 offer valid till 20.11.17.' Same msg was displayed on tv screen. Consequently i recharged my account with rs. 200 and i was given 50% cash back and confirmed about balance of rs. 301.50 in my account. But no service and on tv screen it is showing error 106. May i request you to reverse my amount of rs. 200/- to enable me to avail services of other dth. We are unable to view some of the channels of no 207, 210 etc. We get the following error "channel temporarily unable due to technical reasons".
