Reliance Bigtv — after 100 days of pre-booking dish tv not installed till now

I have booked a reliance dth on 6th july 2018. But till now this dth is not installed at my given address. Many times i have called to customer care but ever time they said that your hardware is delivered to our delaer on 20/aug/2018 & your connection will be installed within 7 days. This is happening from last 2 months. Customer representative not provides any more information. I sent some mails regarding to this issue but same thing is reveted by mails that your connection will be installed with in 7 days. So pls. Confirm how your seven days completed.
