Reliance Bigtv — amount deducted but installation not done till now

I have booked reliance big tv connection by giving 500 rs money on 8th mar 2018 and according to the message received on 8th march'18 it should be installed with in 30 to 45 days. Now four months have passed but till date no person has contacted for the big tv connection.
I have connected to reliance csr (Customer service representative) 4 to 5 times and they are also misleading saying this will be done in 7 days 15 days but nothing happened.

I think they are making us fool.

Give me my money back with interest or do connection in 7 days else i will proceed further
